My 2013 Camaro has been having transmissions issues for a few months on and off. Long story short, I brought my car in and they were very professional and went over all my different options along with the likely effectiveness of each repair option. I asked the mechanic who looked at my car many questions and he answered them all with great knowledge. Didnt catch his name but he was great as well as the receptionist. I would definitely recommend coming to them. My boss actually recommended them I cannot complain! Also, I will be leaving another review once the work gets done and my car is working properly.

5 start experience. I had a semi- emergency brake situation on my motorhome and I was fortunate to find Elite Automotive. Ive never felt like I was being hosted at a shop before. Everyone from the front desk to the mechanic was courteous and professional.

Ive been bringing my personal and business vehicles here for years. They provide great work and are very professional. They recently fixed the Ac in my daily vehicle and im gald they where able to take care of it in a timely matter i dont know what i would do with no ac in this heat.

These guys are amazing!!! We were driving home to Colorado from a vacation in Arizona and our 6.0 wouldnt start after we stopped in Vegas. Took a gamble and towed it to Elite on a Sunday without talking to anyone there. Monday they got in contact with us and we let them know we needed it by Friday as we flew home and had to fly back to get our truck (and fifth wheel). They fixed it in time and we drove it back to Colorado towing a 40 trailer with no issues. Wish these guys were in Colorado so I could use them for all my car needs.

Women in a new City: I needed repairs done on my car and was nervous to bring to just any shop. I read the reviews for Elite and decided to take a chance on them. The reviews were dead on. The customer service alone was amazing. They did a great job on my car. I wont bring my car to anyone else in the future...So happy that I found them!

The customer service is great, Matt was very helpful and understanding of my situation...however I was a little caught off guard when my original quote for repairs on my transmission rebuild was 2200 and then became 3500, I understand that labor cost and parts are a factor however a more clear upfront quote would have been more helpful to me in making my final decision.

Quick service on Ford E-450 (yes they do RVs!) to replace Y pipe. No problems after several months. Noticed hard to find good auto places in Las Vegas, so was happy to have found these guys.

We would give more stars if we could! We had an unfortunate situation with a catalytic converter being stolen off of our motorhome while at Camping World. Being new RV owners, we didnt know where to go to fix it and just started searching the internet. We picked Elite because of their great reviews and were not disappointed. They got us in right away and fixed our coach with ease. They offered advice in the area of RVs and all around great conversation. The workmanship, owner and employees are all fantastic. We had such a great overall experience. It is hard to find good customer service and hard working people anymore, so this company was refreshing to come across. So thankful we found Elite Auto!

That said, I only allow Elite Automotive to handle any updates, routine maintenance, minor/major repairs on my vehicle. Love this shop. They are serious about helping their customers. Staying over late to ensure we received vehicle in time to take camping. Everyone is so friendly and will tell you their customers are family. The owner, Rob takes care of his people and Bob the manager bent over backwards. They called everyday to give us info regarding our vehicle. Bryce the mechanic explained everything we needed done and made sure we understood it. Again I say, I love this shop.

I just bought a car from a private seller. The mechanical records are pretty consistent for services done. However, after taking it to my mechanic for a badly needed tune up, we discovered that the 4 back wall plugs have never been changed (car is at 109k miles), and the wires were also never changed. The back ones are the original plugs, while the front, easy access plugs are visibly newer (picture can be provided). Upon further investigation, it seems the previous owner took the car to Elite, about 3 years ago, when the car was around 75k miles. Apparently, the mechanic at Elite thought it too difficult to do the job correctly. As a mechanic myself, I can tell you a tune up involves all new plugs and all new wires, regardless of complication. This should be done at 75-80k miles. Air filters should also be replaced for best performance. While it can be difficult to know if the job was done properly, I suggest that before anyone takes their car in for a tune up anywhere, take a picture of your wires, then compare after the job is done. All of the wires should be new.

Bryce knew how to properly diagnose my vans problem when 2 other mechanics failed to do so. He took the time to take me under the vehicle and explain to me exactly what was wrong, and then each time after he made a fix he thoroughly tested it to make sure he was right in his diagnosis. Elite Automative saved me a LOT of money (I almost spent over a thousand replacing the WRONG part with another mechanic) and now my van runs better than it has in a long time, due to Bryce catching some problems that other mechanics werent able to catch.

I’ve been coming to Elite Auto for 5+ years. As a used car owner, it’s critical to get regular tune ups to prolong your car’s lifespan. The owner and employees are always super helpful- they show/teach me what parts of my car need replacing/watching, and always give me an honest response on whether something needs immediate attention or can wait.Recently, I was rear-ended on a hit and run. Following body repair (elite auto focuses on mechanical work), I took my car in to Elite Auto because of electrical problems- a brand new battery died in less than 48 hours. Rob and his guys spent all week finding the module that was draining my battery. Of course, the module was directly in front of where the collision occurred. Rob (owner) helped me communicate with the insurance company, and ultimately fixed my car! I can’t say enough about this company, if you’re looking for a short/long term mechanic in town (Henderson), these guys will treat you right.

I had just moved back to the Las Vegas area and my power window broke, I didnt want to take it to a dealer where the cost is too high and theyre more interested in selling you a new car than repairing your old one. I also was reluctant to take it to a franchise tire place because the mechanics tend to be inexperienced and they try to sell you things you dont need. I brought my Monte Carlo to Elite without an appointment and they took it in immediately, quoted me a fair price in ten minutes and had it fixed 2 1/2 hours later. They were as nice as can be and even showed me around the shop when I picked it up. I now have a new mechanic that I can trust!

Avoid this business at all costs! $6,860 for an engine that has been takenback twice and it still leaks oil. Rob the owner will not call you and a person I have never had dealings with , Samuel, called after 5 weeks and offered me $500 to take care of it. He said he had already lost (?) money on it and would not be working on the car again. They have a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty which they will NOT stand behind.

I brought my car to Rob the owner of ELITE automotive because the shop before Robs seemed a bit off with the diagnostics and price of $2200.00 to keep a long story short I dropped my car off to Rob and his mechanics and by the next day the car is running great I was never up sold on anything only offered options great customer service from the front and the back of the shop and only cost $600 to get it fixed correctly the 1st time so thank you Rob and all the employees you you have working for you
