Being a new resident to Nevada during Covid getting into the DMV has been a challenge. While at the DMV the other day to get my wife her DL and Registration we could not find our proof of insurance for Nevada. I reached out for a home owners insurance quote and Kassandra Calderon got right back to me with some great coverages and a great premium!

1 because theres no option for zero non reliable when it comes to communication and clarification from them unless you never need help their the go to........ but other then that if they really have to be accountable to doing work on a clients behalf aspect zip unless its just bare minimum used them for over 8 years they sent a list of things to be worked on when it we were in contact back and fourth and even made clear what was being done here work they had requested turns out after the pictures and work were turned in they now sent a new set of picture which had furniture in front back and side of the house I replied by letting them know it was already explained to a different employee that our floors were being redone carpet to tile and sent the pictures to proof all work was done and all furniture is now in placed inside they now say the shingles that first stated in a letter needed to be replaced now needs multiple layers replaced waste of time and fell bad for using them for so many years only to when you really need them they flake.
