I am very disappointed . Robert is so bad at math , most of the time he gets confused with numbers and does not get back to you on time or his phone is always cutting in and out . Has a horrible attitude, almost yells at you on the phone . When I renewed my insurance with Allstate I did here. And I was supposed to go to a better insurance at a lower rate for being a client and so on. His total amounts changed a million times.He just said contact billing because he can’t explain this. How can someone be in this field when they don’t know what they are doing. Not sure . But billing understood it . I have never had an issue with an insurance this is actually very concerning . I don’t even take my times to leave reviews but this was just very ignorant .

Great! He worked really hard to get us discounts and spent a lot of time explaining our coverage. Did not feel up sold at any time and several times he said you dont need that. Overall it was a wonderful experience.edit: Still with him after 2 years and him adjusting down our rates.

I had a very pleasant experience with my agent Robert, explained everything to me. Had a feeling he looked out for my interest, if I didn’t need some coverage, or a better one , he let me know about it. All in all I felt very confident after all was done, a good experience.

Robert is the most personable and dependable insurance agent I have ever met. He truly takes an interest in my needs and is honest in letting me know things I don’t need. He explains his reasoning and I walk out of his office confident I have made wise choices. Security is what insurance is all about and I feel secure with Robert and Allstate.

From the beginning Robert and his team have been super nice and helpful. They are throrough in all their plans and pricing. Any changes or concerns Ive had Robert has been quick to take action and find a solution that works best for me. Very thoughtful and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
