I had a problem with another car insurance company who were going to charge me almost double for my 6-month premiums. I had an accurate I say was not my fault. I hit a trash can that some had dropped on the highway. My former insurance company fixed the car, but then they said it was an “at fault” accident. This caused problems for me as all other insurance companies were quoting me higher rates.After receiving several calls from other agents, I got the call from Rachel Aimone at Nick Sage, StateFarm insurance. I almost didn’t answer because I was tired of hearing the same thing over and over. They all said I was basically screwed. Luckily, I did. Rachel was not only patient and understanding, but she advised me of what I could do to try to fix the “at fault” accident on my record. She then became my “angel” and gave a quote that was just slightly above what I had with my previous agent. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Of course I accepted it and I am more than happy with the premium, but it’s not just the premium. I wasn’t asked to write a review but today after my last interaction with a specific agent it’s truly called for it.I have been with Nick Sage’s office for quite a while and even though I have spoken with numerous current and past agents, nothing has ever stood out to deserve a review.I have dealt with a lot of people over my professional career both on the phone and in person. There are certain personalities, skills and behavior that either stand out or you just want nothing to do with. I actually changed SF agent over that.In February I had a few separate issues that needed resolution. I was very fortunate that a young man by the name of Tevin Byington answered the phone when I called that day. His tone, mannerism and personality stood out right away, but I was so pleasantly surprised over the course of the next two months by the way he handled my various issues.I had someone promise me that she will get back to me in 48 hours and never did, but Tevin took on the challenge with amazing speed. He even went out of his way to provide additional info that was very helpful. Like he beats you to it before you even asked. Amazing. His impeccable follow up and follow through that followed the initial phone call was truly impressive and almost non-existent in today’s world.After today which was about my sixth phone interaction with him in addition to several emails, I just knew I had to write about him. I wish there are more of him out there. He is just a gem and Nick is lucky to have him.

I absolutely love the the staff at this office. Most offices just or insurance companies just go over the basic of your coverage. But not the staff at this location. The go over every detail of your policy. Half the time you talk to others and they use insurance lingo, and unless you know about insurance. you wont really know what you are getting. But the people at this office will help with questions you will have about your coverage or options. It really does give me piece of mind to have this office in particular as my insurance coverage.
