The Karp’s office in Henderson is the best by far. The Karp’s go the extra mile to take care of their clients. You have direct access to your agent 24/7 which is not common. Most agents have a 9/5 schedule and even then are not accessible to the clients. Kudos to the Karp’s with over 20 years in the business. That in itself speaks! It’s not about the dollar, although that helps, but it’s about the level of service and loyalty for them. And I can feel that when talking with them, they truly cares. 20 years is a long time to stay with a company through the ups and downs of economy. To mention, this is not a hand down from parents/family agency. 20 hard knuckle, sweat and burn the oil late night kind of years agency. My vote is for “Karps”. A name you can trust!

We’ve been with Helene (home and auto) and Larry (life insurance) for as long as we have lived in the Vegas area. When I got in an accident (left hand turner illegally turned in front of me) Helene and her team were there for us 100% of the way. The other person’s insurance company was slow and they gave me the run around. They called to check my car and Allstate had already been to my car and cut me a check. If you find them a little expensive it’s because you get what you pay for. Absolutely, the best!

I began my driving career (at 16) with Allstate and maintained their insurance for many years. As a result of rising rates and minimal discounts, I switched to cheaper insurance companies like Farmers and State Farm, but they ended doing the same thing. In my hunt to find the best rates and coverage again, I came upon Helene Karp. Although I was hesitant to go back to Allstate, Ive never met a more dedicated and knowledgeable insurance agent. She truly knows everything there is to know about all the Allstate insurance programs and available discounts that apply to me. Not only that, but she always seems to be immediately available by both e-mail and telephone. One time, I called Helenes office to see if I could lower my rates even more, and I ended up having a 3-way telephone conversation with Helene and one of her staff members (also very knowledgeable) for over 30 minutes. During that time they literally went over every possible avenue to try to get me an even lower rate than I already had. If thats not quality service I dont know what is.
