Ive had Ed as my agent since I was 18 him as well as his staff are awesome, I had an issue with towing not only did Ed and Hector work it out but they did it with in minutes of me calling

Worst customer service. I tried to call and get insurance issues lined and the guy on the phone was extremely rude. I will never have anything done through that office.

The worst customer service ever!!!!!!! Edward Pailes needs to brush up on his customer service skills and needs to learn to be paicent and respectful to the customers! I Had a huge mishaps. Payed six months advaced got insurance canceled went in to talk to the guy about how frustrating this is. All i get is excuses to why his agent did nothing wrong and he only got frustrated with me. The WORST customer service! I never asked for a discount because of all this inconvience. NOT to mention driving with NO proof of insurance but payed for a full 6 months. i just wanted to fix the problem and get my perminent insurance card. which after a month and a half you think i would have recieved have paying 123 a month. I have never been so disrespected. The way he looked at me and talked to me was just baffling. This needs to get heard go to another state farm!

My family has gone through Ed for years! Im so glad I have stayed with them as long as I have!

Bait and switch tell you one price to get you to sign up and then the next month its alot higher then what you were quoted they.
