Love VIP Collison they did an amazing job on my van as you can see from the pictures I highly recommend them they are so kind to me as well as my kids too! They are truly amazing hopefully I wont need them but if I do Im definitely going back!

I cannot say enough great things about Steve and his team at VIP Collision. Several year ago, I was on a work trip in LA when a woman rear-ended my car. It was my first accident and being away from home, I was freaking out a little. When I got back to Vegas I reached out to so many repair shops, even those referred to me by friends. Ultimately, I went with VIP Collision and I am SO glad I did. No one wants to have to use shops like these, but when they do, it is so important that the people match the quality of work and thats exactly what its like here. Fast forward to now (and my 3rd repair), Steve not only remembered my first 2 incidents in detail, but they make you feel like family (the good kind, not the awkward, have-to-deal-with-you-because-youre-blood kinda family).As a female, its easy for shops to want to bamboozle and take advantage of me, but I never once felt like that at VIP. They truly live up to their name and make you feel so comfortable with leaving your baby in their hands, effortlessly.When I picked up my RAV4 yesterday, not only does the repair look perfect, but when I got in, I noticed they cleaned the entire inside, too! I mean, down to somehow magically removing the wood splinters on the sides of my seats that deep down, I was incredibly sad about and thought Id have to live with having ruined (so I thought) my seats. I think Steve is a magician. There is no other explanation.In addition, they keep you posted throughout the process so there is no guessing whats happening along the way.I truly cannot recommend VIP Collision enough and hope, that if you ever find yourself in the position of needing your car repaired, you choose these guys!

Had some small damage to a fender on my car. Asked them to replace the fender and do some vehicle upgrades. They had the car for a week. When it was all said and done, they did a great job. Paint match is perfect, clear bra was replaced perfectly. Great job! Will be using VIP again for some specialty work.

A few months ago I was rear ended at a stop light and had to get my car repaired, I was very particular on where I was can I get my car fixed because I used to do bodywork myself in the past.These guys exceeded my expectations and were incredibly helpful through my whole process and dealing with the insurance companies. My sisters passenger side mirror was hanging by one wire. And her passenger side paint was scraped. We were very satisfied with the results and especially to Steve who gave the best customer service. Steve at VIP Collision is amazing. This is the second time bringing my car to the shop and both times have been a very positive experience. Steve is friendly and efficient, in keeping me informed on the status of my car. My car was also detailed and looked brand new. I was also given a loyalty discount with a pack of seltzer water. Steves professionals did an outstanding repair for me. I had the entire rear bumper cover on my 2016 Sonata replaced and it looks like new. Paint was a perfect match! The shop is very customer oriented with superb customer service. I was extremely happy with my experience and would easily recommend VIP Collision to my family and friends and use them again if necessary.

Expert work even with in the face of insurance companies refusing to pay appropriately. Insisted on original new parts and blending of the paint on hood and fenders. Will and they extremely pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Work might take a bit longer than others but if you want your car to look perfect, its worth it. Highly recommended:)

VIP Collision is a fantastic shop. They always do a stellar job, using top quality parts and paint. Theyve worked on three vehicles of mine - all turned out great. These guys are seasoned veterans and perform work on a wide range of different vehicles. From Tesla and Mercedes - to American collector models. Dont hesitate - theyre solid.

VIP was amazing! They were able to deal with the insurance co. All worked out, they did the work for the check the insurance company sent. My car was back to normal in less than a week after being hit by a drunk driver. They even detailed my car!! I would recommend VIP to anyone needing repairs.

VIP Collision is a true professionals company. I was an out-of-towner with a borrowed car on a clock. They were very honest in assessing what could and could not be done well, and what the realistic estimate would be for a 100% fix vs. Superficial fix with the time I had. He wrote up quotes for both in case I decided to go to my insurance. He tried the easy fix first and it was beautiful. Probably saved me a thousand dollars. I highly recommended them. Six stars for honesty, candor, speed, price, and just being a decent guy.

Theres a reason this place is rated so highly. Unfortunately Ive had to deal with a couple auto body shops in my day and nobody has been so professional, friendly, and detail oriented as these guys. Brought both my girlfriends, and my car there and they did great work and did it fast. Kept me updated the entire time. Even touched up my paint and polished a headlight no extra charge. Would highly recommend!

Nothing but a great experience at VIP Collision. I got rear ended and my insurance underestimated the work that needed to be done. Steve and his team fought to get me original parts, and left my 2016 Lexus 200 t Sport looking like nothing ever happened. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cars. These are truly honest and professional people! I got into a car accident 2 weeks ago, and my insurance sent my 2016 Mercedes Benz to a repair shop with terrible reviews. They just wanted to fix my car, and didn’t care about my safety or the structural damage on the car. They just wanted the insurance money. I looked around for Mercedes Certified repair shops, and the Mercedes owners that reviewed them got terrible service and said to stay away. I was losing hope till I found VIP collision. I saw that they had great reviews and experience on luxury and foreign vehicles, so I asked my insurance to send it to them. And I thank God I did! After Steve and his team performed all the inspections it was a total loss! I’m very glad I found people I can trust. My family and me would come back to VIP C again, and we live in Summerlin! It is totally worth it!

Great Guys and Great work. VIP was recommended to me by a friend. I live in Centennial and drove all the way to Henderson to get my car fixed. It was worth the drive. they had my car fixed in a week. I highly recommend VIP doing any body work for you.

Definitely recommend this place! I would use their service again.I had a fender bender right before I was planning to go on vacation. :(The upside is that VIP worked with me to get me in and out by the time I got back home, and I didnt have to rent a car.Even though I was gone for roughly 2 weeks, Progressive was dragging their feet in getting the final estimate to VIP, and made it a bit difficult for them to get the work completed by my arrival home.They did everything they could to get started on it anyway, even though it was a bit of a stretch for them.Steve stayed in contact with me with updates while I was away, and they got me taken care of next day back home, with my car looking as good as new. They did great work.I appreciated their effort, and even though I was willing to accept whatever they could do, and they went beyond to help me out.July 2018

First I just want to say thank you to Steve @ VIP Collision Auto Repair Shop. He took care of me and my car from start to finish. Everything went super smooth and my car was repaired quickly. The shop it self is neat organized and clean the staff is friendly and helpful. The work done on my car was awesome! If I have any body work i need done in the future I will definitely be right back there...

Our 3 month old 2017 Lexus F Sport rear bumper and trim was damaged sitting at a stop light, got hit by a person not paying attention. Steve handled everything from A to Z. 5 Star customer service. VIP is professional, very knowledgeable, efficient and fast! The car was even detailed! I would strongly recommend using VIP for all your body and paint work. There is a reason VIP has a 5 Star rating!

This is the auto body shop that you always dreamed about but never thought actually existed. They have excellent workers a good atmosphere fair prices and when you think about most experiences with a body shop thats actually saying a lot. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I just picked up my BMW from Steve at VIP Collision. The did a great job, quickly and reasonably. Very professional, friendly team and well managed. I told Steve that I hope I wouldnt see him again :) but if I have the need for any body repair this is where I will go.

Told The sales guy I would pay 5k for him to staighten a frame that is a 1/2 inch off and he still didn’t take the job. He told me “ I have too many big jobs right now”

The cost of services were exactly what I was quoted by Steve. It was completed SOONER than expected too! The location and office space is really nice and as a woman I felt super comfortable dealing business here! All the guys I interacted with were friendly and courteous...hopefully wont need to be back, but if I do, Ill know its in good hands.

I would recommend this place to anyone, the manager treats people right and with respect, not like they are the only place in Nevada, really cool, I also needed a cars rebuilt title VIN inspection, unlike other shops, this gentlemen did it for free, he knows with service like this, I will do all my business with them.! great people great work! great prices. I should say I went to many other body shops and most wont even bother helping with this DMV form, or they charge a stupid fee.

My daughter at 7 miles a hour crashed into a park car - my insurance paid for the repairs of the care but not mine as the car was 12 years old. I found VIP service reasonable, professional and honest. For example they polish both head lights - only one was damage and gave me $150 DISCOUNT AFTER WE HAD NEGOTIATED THE PRICE. The car run well and I would strongly recommend this company.

I took my 2014 Dodge ram on January 2 to have them replace and paint the back bumper and tailgate. They had my vehicle ready that Friday. It looks amazing! This is the place you want to go to get any automotive body work done!

Over priced got a quote went somewhere else and was charged almost half just to replace a fender.
