I definitely picked the RIGHT Attorney this time. At first I went in for a consultation (had several before this- all they did was take notes gave some quick advise and said theyll get back to me and sent me out the door- I only heard back from one several weeks later), when I went in to see Mr. Randles I was greeted by an extremely friendly and professional staff. When I went in to talk to Mr. Randles I was greeted with a very warm and friendly introduction. I had several things that had been compounding each other. He didnt just take notes and send me out the door, he actually spent time talking in depth about each incident. I was completely surprised when he called in his assistant Lisa and explained to her one of my incidents, several minutes later she came back with the information he needed and made one phone call and got it cleared up.... I was so surprised and impressed, I hadnt even retained them yet. Since then they have cleared up my whole mess and it was so fast most everything was cleared up before the previous attorney had even returned my phone call.
