These guys are amazing! We were traveling and noticed our brake lamps were out. We had a hitch installed at U-haul in San Diego, turns out they did a horrible wiring job. Long story short the original wires installed were dragging and were exposed.We found these guys on the road, pulled in, explained the situation, they took us on our word, didnt not even confirm we were Uhaul customers. The replaced the wiring and burned out brake lamps for no charge! Amazing.We had a wonderful experience, highly recommend.

Trailer Hitch Installed. Professional & Timely!

I wanted information and pricing about adding a trailer hitch to my car. After being on hold for over 15 minutes they would not give me any information without my email address and phone number.. I gave my email and then refused my phone number and he hung up on me.. why for pricing do they need all my information?

Are you kidding me?! I cant even get anyone to answer the phone Ive called 3 separate times and no one has ever answered I waiting on hold til I finally give up each time I wait a little longer last time was 15min and no answer

Seems they have their own rules for renting a truck and youre expected to know them without being told! Because I forgot my phone even though Id made the reservation in person the day before from the same rather snotty little blonde girl, she refused to allow the rental unless I had my phone in hand and another number besides. At that point I was stranded 5 miles from home because my neighbor had dropped me off. I couldnt call anyone and she didnt even want to allow me to use the phone to call a cab which cost me $25 to get home. This whole thing also cost me 3 hours of work time for the crew I was paying to help move. When I went back for the truck, I got even more attitude from her and then got a very bad driving truck to boot. Bad ride and brakes werent very good. NOT a good experience at all! Ill never use that store for anything again. Stay away from there and use one of the others in town instead.

Jorge Hinnaoui was completely rude and disrespectful. This guy has no business behind the counter at any customer service job. If this guy represents U-Haul they have lost my business forever. Bonus was I had the pleasure of dealing with his horrible attitude after waiting about 30 minutes in line.

Won’t fill your propane tanks if u don’t have a sticker on it stupid because they stay outside so the weather gets to them
