At the lowest time in my life I turned to Hemet valley mortuary to lay my husband in his final resting place. Veronica walked me gently through the final details. Her compassion and love given me helped me peacefully walk down this road filled with tears. She still stays in touch to check on me to see if there is something more I need help with. Thank you.

Hemet Valley Mortuary was a wonderful. Nathaniel was our funeral director. His carisma tips, and patience helped us do the planning. This is ONE of the most difficult things to do when you loose a loved one. We had a lot of questions and requests, and he was able to come through to what we wanted. 👍

I had another place in mind for my sons services but for Covid they were not available. So I called Hemet Valley Mortuary and they were so accommodating. I had an appointment sooner than I had expected. Very weary about making arrangements for my son my heart was broken, but I was treated so well and they were very comforting. I recommend them to all that have lost there loved ones and need to be treated with kindness and respect..

The staff at Hemet Valley Mortuary was considerate and helpful, but not pushy. They even texted me to see how I was doing. This was the second time Ive used Hemet Valley Mortuary and Ive been satisfied with their service both times.

This place is horrible, mortuary’s are suppose to be able to help a grieving family with the passing of a love one this place is full of incapable employees Monica and Denise think it’s funny to hold my mother in laws father and are refusing to allow her to bring him home where he rightfully belongs she has been his caregiver for the last 10 years and they think it’s funny to keep him from his family! Losing a family member is already hard enough and for this mortuary to be completely heartless and to start making unnecessary charge fees and now say he’s “ In processing” is illegal and just sick!

They were great!!! Just coming out of Covid, they did what they could to accommodate us!!

Danette and her team were caring and sensitive to the circumstances. Would recommend without question.

This is the worst most unprofessional mortuary in the state of California.They looked my grandmother in her face and promised they would take care of her daughter when they took her away from her home.They failed to inform us that if they didnt embalm her within a certain time frame she would bloat and drastically change appearance wise.It is clear they were upset we didnt want their services beyond just keeping her at their facility.They overcharged us just for keeping her there and this charge would include embalming.Well due to the fact they didnt embalm her she got significantly bigger and her face changed drastically to a green tint.This hurts me because this is my aunt my fathers younger sister.I just lost my father in February in Belize where its limited resources and they had my father at a mortuary and managed to keep him looking the same.Keep in mind Belize is a third world country. Im just appalled and deeply angered and saddened by their unprofessionalism from this establishment.Do not seek this poor, horrible, horendous company to house your loved ones or for their services period.Their negligence and poor service is despicable and I wouldnt wish this on anyones family.Please go elsewhere and they also overcharged us for this horrible negligent service.
