They did the maintenance on our car. However the cost was out of control. Recently I had gotten a complete brake system which included a flush. However, one of the things they recommended on their 22 point, was to get a brake flush. I know they had record that it was just done… “but let’s squeeze this in there too.”I will not go back there again.

I was told it would be a 15 minute inspection of my vehicle to get an offer on it and it took them 45 minutes to tell me that they decided they don’t want it. I don’t think it takes 45 minutes to look inside the vehicle and walk around it and decide that it’s not what they want.

I went there yesterday to purchase this 2020 Nissan Altima for $ 15000. The whole time I was there they could not find the vehicle. He kept offering other vehicles. Then the sales rep told me that the general manager and someone else were working on the numbers. To make a long story short he kept coming up with different types of excuses.. we never found the car and he never called me back. So beware of this dealership. Looks like theyre into Shady deals and false advertisement and scams.

Stay far away from this dealership...Called on the phone to verify the price days before driving up to see the car from San diego. The price listed on Cargurus was 20,060$ , once me and the sales associate sat down to go over financing the manager came over and said the actual msrp of the car was 24,000$. Bringing the total cost to 27,000$. A whole day wasted.

The oil change was fine, but you dont take coupons from your sister dealership in Temecula which was disappointing.The transmission that has been replaced three times and is still problematic. I am requesting a better solution be offered by the dealership.

Seen a few cars online for a good deal and only had one in the lot we were looking for. Wasted our time completely. Never again, beware folks. A bunch of SHARKS HERE. They will try to rob you. They do a lot of running around and a good talk but really don’t try to help.Lost a sale today. Also add a bunch of hidden fees.. it’s ridiculous even for a used car! Asking for a higher down payment after going back thinking we “closed a deal” psssh….. I put less down for my brand new 2021 car it’s ridiculous . They must want all the cars just to sit in the lot and collect dust.

We went to Pedder Nissan under the belief that they had a car at a reasonable sale price. We test drove the car in the ad, liked it. We sat in the office for an hour while they added more and more to the price. They had no intention of selling this car as advertised. Not a good experience and not even trying to get our business. After my car was totaled I tried to get an average car at an average price. What I got was a lemon that cost me 5000$ more than the advertised price that Ive had to bring in almost every month since I got it. Apparently the extra 5000$ pays for it to be a certified pre-owned Nissan. Experience has shown me that the things they certify include the car not accelerating, your brakes not working, your trunk frame being bent, your trunk flying open while driving down the road, and most recently the car not starting at all via safety recall. At least when I followed the instructions in the recall notice and called the dealership they were kind enough to bounce me around 4 times before letting me know that I probably wont have a rental car today so Ill be missing at least 2 days work. Again. Next time Ill ride a bike. The service department tries their best though. Ill give them that. Update: Ive already spoken with the customer relations manager. I got a lot of apologies, but no action can be done because they wont take back their lemon.

I was immediately greeted by a service representative upon arriving at Pedder Nissan for my 35k checkup on my 2016 Rogue. He directed me inside and all I had to give the person behind the computer was my phone number. I went to the waiting room and read my book until he came in and handed me my keys to my just-washed car. So easy. I’m grateful to my husband for purchasing the 70k extended warranty.I never have to pay for anything.

Would not recommend this dealership at all. They were very unorganized and advertised with false pricing information. They didnt return two of my calls when they said they would nor was requested information emailed to me as initially discussed. They also did not input my information into their system after my calls, so follow-up reps had to start from scratch with each call.As an out of state buyer who found one of their vehicles online and was ready to purchase, during negotiations they raised the price by $5k above what my supposed best price certificate was that I downloaded from their website. Im aware that dealerships always have last minute add ons but this was absurd and a complete hassle from day one.

Don’t waste your time! I called them to ask how much a car was priced above the MSRP so I would be prepared as I did not want to waste my time.I had received a “best price certificate” marking the car I was interested in from $41k to $37k. I walked in with a check in hand as I had a pre-approval from my bank.Off the bat ,when I asked they advised me that they were adding on $10k on top of that price because there’s not too many of the make and model I want out there.So with my own competitively priced financing they were adding on almost $13,900 above their “best price certificate”. I have purchased 5 new cars over the years from Nissan and this has by far been one of the biggest wastes of time.Why not just advertise true prices.

Pedder Nissan has the most amazing customer care team. It can be a stressful time when you experience trouble with your vehicle. How long will I be without my vehicle, how much will this cost? All questions we would all have at this point. The Nissan team understands all these concerns and worked with me to answer all my concerns, fixed my car and got me back on the road sooner than anticipated. I took my husbands car to Peddar Nissan and Jose helped me through the whole process. The car needed an oil change, recall on tire rod inspection ( that we didnt know about), and to check the starter button. The only issue was Peddar Nissan couldnt repeat the issue with the starter button because that issue is intermittent. Other than that, I was very happy to find out that we have a maintenance package on the vehicle and we paid nothing for the service. That was a blessing when Jose told me about it. I cant say enough about Jose. So tank you very much for your service.

Wife and I purchased 2 vehicles the same day. It has been over a month, and still have not paid off one of my trades. The bank of the car that I traded in keeps calling me wanting payment because they haven’t paid off the vehicle a month later. If you’re going to trade in cars you have to be very very careful because they are scared to call back and address the issue. I’ve called numerous times ,manager will never answer the phone. The customer support is a zero. If I could put a zero down for ratings I would as well. All they had to do was honor what they said they would do. It’s a shame.

Went in for due to my oil light being on, but not due for an oil change. Nissan ran all the tests to ensure I did not have a leak, changed my oil and only charged for the diagnostic. The staff was incredibly friendly and I had my car back within 24 hours.

Pedder Nissan doesnt deserve any stars. I have bought 3 cars from Pedder. Went in to purchase a car in their add. After 4 hrs I was told by salesman Jeremy Young that he would call in the morning. He never did. I went down to find out what was happening. He had a different guy gas up and wash a car but it was NOT the original car I test drove. I was told that the car I test drove was sold after I left the night before. No apology at all. I wont ever go to Pedder again. Instead I bought a car at Diamond Honda 💎

I had to return to have my axle bolts tighten and the service writer Antonio got me taken care of on the spot. This our 3rd Altima from either Pedder or Temecula Nissan. Each time the dealer is not up front with us. In this instance, as happened once before, the deal agreed to on the floor is not the same when the paper work is being completed. This time, the residual value changed by $3000. Early on in the negotiations, the value of the car was presented as $31,000. I already had an email from the dealer that the car had a value of $19,750. The resulting lease quote was almost $100 per month over our existing lease payment in spite of the car being valued higher than the emailed value. This shows a pattern and practice of dishonesty, if not outright fraud. I am very disappointed in my experience especially as I am a returning customer. Given that I have had equally bad experience with their service department, it is likely that I will never go back to Pedder after my current maintenance agreement expires.

I went in to test drive a vehicle with a good price on their website. Gave them a call to go in and test drive the vehicle. During the call I asked if there would be any additional dealer added accessories on top of the displayed price and was told that no. So I drove and hour and a half and once we talked about pricing there it was 7000 dollars in added accessories. Very dishonest, specially when I specifically asked a out this before going. So beware with the list price as its just a bait,. Vehicle $44k, taxes/fees $ 4k. 7k dealer added un removable fee 🤔 dont waste your time!

Me and my wife had the worst experience in all my years of buying a car at this dealership Ive never seen anything so crooked. I would not recommend this place to anybody in fact I advise you to stay away from there they are deceitful they try to pass things on you assuming your ignorance in and not going to read the paperwork.There was a couple of other unhappy customers while I was there they could just seem like they could care less whether they sold a car or not or theyre just waiting on their own family of customers

Detailed with the info provided about the truck I was interested in, cut down to the chase, and were really working with me. Answered all my questions, although they did take a bit of time with final offers, but Ive taken longer with other cars dealerships. All great at the dealership, however the pricing of the cars at high for used vehicles. Id recommend doing your hw before to see the fairness of pricing. This is why Im not giving it a 5 stars, other than that great place. Maybe new cars are better priced here, but I went looking for a used truck. Anyways, thanks yall. This was a good experience.

Got me a new slightly used car. Love my Nissan Sentra❤And the sales crew were all very polite. My only complaint is no one really went over the feature of this car. No info on the car in the glove box..my daughter said it was due to it being a used car. Well since it was a Nissan Dealership and I bought a Nissan Sentra you would think they could put a book with this vehicles info...also I have never bought a car used or new that did not have car mats that go inside to keep the carpet clean.

By far the worst service department and dealership in So Cal. I paid $1000 for service on my Armada only to find out nothing had been fixed 3 weeks later! Tried talking to the rep, service manager, and GM. Not once did they return my calls, emails, or were (conveniently) out of the office when I walked in. They didn’t even respond to the BBB once they got involved. Do yourself a favor… DO NOT buy from this dealership or service your vehicle there.****Update****The “Customer Relations” post is auto generated. My Vehicle was serviced and reprogrammed for better performance for free The AC is better,the engine is ok.Though I am just scared that the Vehicle started to fire high and higher as you want to take off it has happen twice.I hope the top Gasket will not be affected. Do NOT buy anything from here. I wanted a gas saver and drove off with a lemon. I bought what I though was a good car and just for safety sake bought the extended warranty. As it turns out car was a bust and has spent more time getting fixed costing me 100 each time it goes in for repairs, and they never call or answer when trying to find out about my car. I just recently bought a Nissan Quest van off of my Mother in-law. She recommended Peddler Nissan in Hemet Ca. She said they were trustworthy! So I did the same because the check engine light was on. They told me I needed 1,400 dollars worth of work that needed to be done. I told them I was going to take it to my regular mechanic and get anotheropinion. Well I only needed O2 censors done! I spent $200 instead of 1,400! Makes me wonder how long they had been lying and deceiving my elder Mother inlaw and others! You should always get a second opinion on everything! Im greatful I did, because I would of been out 1,200!!!

Found a car they had advertised on Cars.com. made a call in the morning and talked to a rep about the car and the pricing to make sure they would honor it. I would have to drive 70 miles to see the car, and the rep said yes they would honor the price. Made my drive, test drove the car and loved it.Once I went in to talk numbers, it fell apart. While the sales rep I was working with was polite and non-aggressive, they came back saying the pricing and ad on Cars.com was false and that Cars.com just grabs info from dealers, makes assumptions on pricing and posts this. They wouldnt honor the pricing and denied the rep I talked on the phone with was even there. I was hard lowballed for my trade, was told I didnt qualify for ANY incentives and would only budge $250 on the deal. Crushed, I left.I wasted 150 miles on my car, my time, money and gas to get, what I feel to be, catfished.I contacted Cars.com to find out why the pricing on their site says one thing and the dealer says another. Cars.com said all pricing is submitted by the dealership and they do no collecting of info from dealers websites, that the dealer has to do this themselves and even showed me this on their website. While they assured me they would follow up on this, obviously they cant force a sale.I then contacted Nissan USA themselves and explained what happened to get more clarity, only to be told that independent dealers can advertise how they like and Nissan USA only deals with deals listed on their website and this is out of their hands.Im sad that this ruins my faith in Nissan, but I would strongly suggest only looking at Pedders website and never trust ads from any site or Facebook about this location.

Holy cow!!! I bought a car from them 5 years ago and I continue to receive telemarketing/spam voicemails about upcoming sales, despite requests to not call me. They leave a restricted number so I cant call back. Ive received 4 voicemails in the last 24 hours alone, two of which happened while I was teaching a class. This is getting crazy.5-29-21 - That number is the general number. Ive called and told the operator to leave me alone and left and a voicemail with someone she transferred me to. Im still getting 2-3 messages (the number the spam is coming from is listed as restricted) per day.

I walked in to get a car for my son only, but the sales rep was such an excellent salesman that I ended up walking out of there with a 2017 Nissan Altima for my son and a 2021 Nissan Altima for myself. We both got an excellent APR and monthly payment, that there was no way of resisting his offers. Thank you Brady and the rest of the guys there for everything they did for us. We bought a used car from them at one point. We took it in for service and were told it was a $1000 repair. My mechanic said it was a bad part, went to Autozone and spent $1.17 and came back and fixed it. Wish i could be more specific, but it was like 7 years ago. Since then I have been on some calling list, where they robo call 20 times about their memorial day weekend sale (also send me emails).I finally called and asked to be taken off the list. And the guys said hold please and I have now been waiting for over ten minutes while they obviously just wait for me to hang up. I am sure you can find a car dealership with better service. I am not joking on this, I actually got another robo call while writing this review and waiting on hold to get taken off whatever calling list I am on. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. I will now probably need to right a bad review for them every time I get a call on a different site. Since i obviously cant be taken off the list.

We have had some horrible experiences in the past with car salesman where they were rude, condescending & made us feel like nothing. That was NOT the case with Pedder & Justin. He was laid back and didnt push us into anything. It was so nice to be treated with dignity. I respected his matter-of-fact language and enjoyed hearing about his kids. I felt like a person for once. I had an amazing time at Nissan very friendly and sweet and didn’t peer pressure to to buy a car with unreasonable mileage and down payment like Honda did. Nissan employees were very very friendly and great salesmen there. I’d 100000000000000xs recommend coming here. At the end of the day everyone’s experience is different!

Was E-mailed an offer for a 2021 Nissan Versa got there showed them the Email they brought a car I bought it then when I added my Insurance 2 days later come to find out you sold me a 2020 (also New) but that was kind of Low ! Partly My fault for Trusting you guys and believing you were showing me the car I was Offered through the E-mail! I even had 3 people that wanted me to take them to Hemet to look at cars!
