I discovered this place while eating at Mikeys Grill in the Southlake Shopping Center. My laptop was infected and Geeksquad initially charged me $300 and it was still redirecting whenever I searched Google. Computer Troubleshooters had my laptop cleaned up and running like new in 2 days and I paid a fraction of the price I paid at Bestbuy. I highly recommend these guys, they are very honest and professional and exceeded my expectations in every way. FYI, they are located inside Go Natural in the shopping center, not a mail place. The work area was very organized for a computer place despite what Mr. Cannon says, he must be confused or have the wrong place? A+
