Was on a road trip and popped a flat. Went in and dropped off the tire and they had it fixed well before their estimate. Great service, friendly staff.

My visit here was awesome. I was able to book an appointment online and find what I was looking for and if it was in stock before I ever set foot in the store. I showed up a bit early and was greeted immediately by Bret. I’m assuming he recognized my truck and was aware of the appointment in advance as he already knew what wheels and tires I was looking to have installed. He let me know they would test fit everything to ensure proper fitting and got the truck in the bay immediately. I was expecting to have to leave my truck there all day as that’s the kind of service I usually get at tire shops, but they were completely finished in about 45 minutes and I was out the door. I returned the next evening right before close to have my wheels retorqued and was again immediately greeted by Bret from the bay. He knew why I was there and had the tech do the check and I was on my way. The customer service and above and beyond service I received here from Bret and the team was outstanding. Highly recommend this store, this team, and the products they offer along with the tire certificate protection for peace of mind. I feel like amazing service is harder and harder to find these days, but these guys nailed it.

From out of town, and just got new tires on the back. I got in around 8:20, and got out by 8:50. Thats huge when you have a 10 hour drive ahead of you.On top of that, they didnt try and lie to me or sell me something I didnt want. I mentioned I just wanted something cheap to get us home, so he recommended the cheapest tires that matched my front tires, and let me know there were cheaper options that the tread wouldnt match. I dont know a LOT about tires, but I knew enough to know if I was being lied to. These guys were honest, quick, and had a great attitude.If youre reading this, dont hesitate, take your car into discount tire to get whatever you need done!

So here we go.The staff at discount tire are not only professional, and friendly, but they actively try to make your experience the best experience you can have from a tire shop. The service they give is fast accurate and thorough. If they dont have the tire or wheel that you want, they can and WILL get it. In my case however they had both the exact wheels and tires I wanted in stock. They had no issue not only adjusting my appointment time (the day of) to an earlier time, they also adjusted the work order right there to accommodate my last second decision to purchase wheels. These guys are the best tire shop in town hands down. Ten out of ten would recommend you dont take your vehicle anywhere else. From the Customer Care Lobby to the Tire Technician Shop. The employees at this location appear to be knowledgeable, effective and efficient in their individual tasks and services provided.

We are on an extended trip with our travel trailer. I needed to replace tires on my trailer because of alignment problems. I contacted the Helena store and made an appointment. I arrived for my appointment and they asighned 2 technicians to replace my tires. I was out of there in a little over an hour. If you need tires in Helena, this is the place to go.

Really great service. I first bought 2 tires, in which they gave me a great deal. I then went back a few months later, and bought a whole set of tires. The manager, and technician were really friendly, and easy to talk to.

Do not recommend if you are female. Had my wife go in to get tires. And they charged her 160 extra for literally nothing. Save some time and money and go to Kohler tire. Theres even 2 locations

They honor their full replacement warranty at every location with question as long as you can bring them the part of the tire with the numbers, think blowout! And yes Im speaking from personal experience.

I was at Jiffy Lube getting an oil change when they told me my front tires must have been misaligned because they were worn through at 40000 miles. I’m not from Helena, so the guys sent me to Discount Tire. Not only did they have two choices, but I was in and out in less than an hour and made my sons soccer game! Thank you!

I have to say that these guys are awesome. Ive been here a couple times now and theyre always fast to get you in and out and extremely reasonable on prices. I went in today for a rotate and balance and they did that service in 20 minutes. I am thoroughly impressed with Nick, Chad, and the crews for how efficient they are and courtesy. Great work guys!!!

I came in having a horrible morning with a tire going flat. After inspection my front tires needed changing then my tire that needed patching couldnt be fixed. I am tears at this point thinking of the money this is going to cost and it is a few days before Christmas. The gentleman there was so patient and helped me come up with new tires that didnt brake me. Most of all they were helpful and nice really came to my aid.

Could not have been a smoother or more professional process. Being able to purchase tires and book an appointment online was a big selling point for me. When I arrived they completed the job quickly.

Got there early for my appointment and was able to get in right away. Had a screw in one tire and part of a staple in anotherThey fixed them both and had me on my way i about 1/2an hour. Friendly people & great service. We were on a long road trip when I realized my tires wouldn’t make the long trip back home. I called ahead and had everything in order before I arrived. They were a little slow getting started on my truck. When I politely reminded Brett that they hadn’t “gotten right on it” as promised, he quickly mobilized a crew and the tires were installed in a flash. I was in & out in about an hour. Discount Tire has, by far, the best customer service of all the tire shops in Helena. I have lived here many years and have been to many of the shops. The guys at Discount Tire are so kind and helpful. I had to bring in my 10 month old baby and car seat. After my service was done, the guy brought my car right to the front door because he knew I had my hands full. So sweet! And the job was super quick! Thank you guys! Ill definitely be back!

Well... as a 23 year old woman I guess I didnt know much better?This is opinion based. So up to you.Ive been seeing discount for my car for over a year now. I always pay the extra for the fancy maintenance, and warranty my tires get. I drive 100+ miles everyday to and from work. Just needed to get studs put on my car. So once I get my car back I find out one of the lug nuts got broken off. They asked if it had seen anyone since them, and I got my brake pads changed by family (to save $) I told them about that because I am an honest person, and I take pride in being honest even if it means I missed out on an extra buck. Im not like that.So I call the boyfriend at work. He then discussed it with his coworkers who used to work for a tire shop, been a farmer/construction man his whole life, etc. So pretty good bowl of wisdom. My boyfriend then calls discount tire to ask like what the heck you just sent my lady driving over a mountain pass, and if anything else were to fail I would go probably flying off the pass.I dont know any better, and trusted the man at the tire shop saying that I would have a few days before having to actually go in and get it fixed.My mans, and his construction crew give this a negative 10 stars.I wanted to give a 4, because unfortunately things do happen, and I trust that someone wouldnt ever send me out unsafe in that manner.Anyway the bets up to you in how good or bad this place is. Ive always loved it here great inviroment, and nice people!

Im so glad they came to town. Ive purchased at least 10 sets of tires at other locations and two sets here in Helena so far. They have competitive prices and keep the store /shop areas clean.This location has a great selection. While I was waiting I saw an employee from another local tire store come here to buy tires for his customer. He was in a company truck and company work clothes. I dont blame him, discounts supply and prices are that good.One last thing... free coffee, bottled water and clean restrooms are in the waiting area.Nice!

Best place to go by far they work hard and efficient joshua especially he works behind the counter but when it gets busy he steps in and helps out with cars and is efficient. Everyone else is kind and can work with you on prices and great place to buy rims

Staff was helpful, and so was the text saying my vehicle was done. They explained the issue I was having to me in a way anyone could understand. This is now my tire shop that Ill continue to go to.

I am very pleased with Discount Tire. Rolled in on a Saturday because Id noticed a nail in my tire. They promptly brought it in, and had it fixed in just a few minutes. When I asked to pay, they informed me they do not charge for flat repairs! I didnt buy these tires there; it was my very first visit to this business. But theyve just jumped to the top of my list for tires.

Yesterday I got a flat tire and found out today that I was unable to have it patched. I called down to Discount Tire since that is where my tires originally came from and they did an AMAZING job helping me out. Nick informed me that I don’t have a standard wheel size, but they did have one set in stock, and since I drive an AWD vehicle I would need to replace all 4 tires. He was able to get those tires set aside for me as I made a 2.5 hour drive down from Great Falls on my spare! Once I got there Joshua knew exactly who I was and what I needed, without any hesitation they were able to get my car in line and get the tires on today, my only day off this week! Not only did they put new tires on, but they also informed me of a problem with a tire pressure sensor and asked if I would like to have that fixed as well. I highly recommend Discount Tire, they truly turned my bad day around!

Where do I begin. Brad the manager is tremendous.We originally purchased Michelin tires from Costco a couple of years ago.They were too busy to ever rotate them for us, so Discount Tire always rotated them for us, no charge.Now our Michelins are bald and Costco was too busy to get us in, so we went straight to Discount Tire.I mentioned that our tires from Costco didnt last the full mileage warranty.So Brad the manager of Discount Tire actually honored the Costco Michelin warranty and actually gave us $46 OFF of each new tire that we purchased from them.Seriously impressedAlso, they gave us an additional $70 mail in rebate.

Just got 6 new tires on my motorhome. I have been around tire, racing, automotive and repair shops most of my life and I have to say that this is an A1 shop. All the crew were sharp, professional, competent and courteous as well as super efficient. The shop was well organized and clean. I would highly recommend the Helena Discount Tire Store. I will be a future customer for all my tire needs.

Thanks guys, for being open a little later than everyone else on a holiday weekend. Even though we found out we had to buy new tires and with a little help it was clear to us why, we were given options for our budget and needs. We went with the nicest tire btw with the promotion because we will won this car for a long time and dont buy specific season tires. The wait was a little shorter than estimated, the waiting room was clean and large. A few of us in waiting were traveling with dogs and kids and there was space to not be on top of each other.

They changed my tire for free, and they were very nice. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Over all Discount Tire has been good. I purchased my tires originally in Indiana from a Discount Tire there. The store here in Helena is struggling. I stopped in the store in the morning and confirmed a time to get my tires balanced, rotated and a small leak fixed. An hour and a half after they told me they would have it completed I am still waiting and they have not even pulled it in. I would come back but I am taking a road trip tomorrow and really need it done. This is the first time I have been disappointed with Discount Tire but this is the one time it really mattered...

This is by far the best place to go for tires. Ive had really bad experiences with other shops like Big O or Firestone, but Discount Tire has always managed to impress me. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they got my car done in less than 30 minutes when I brought it in for new tires. I only wish they would open a location in Great Falls!

Seems I am always getting a flat tire, and these folks repair it each time, for free. This is now why I will buy from them each time I have a need for a new tire. Great personalities in the staff, good sense of humor, smiles and friendly atmosphere. Tires are high quality, and most with warranties. Always get the warranty, it is well worth it.

I havent gotten any tires yet because I cant afford them, but they checked the pressure and fixed it for free, and reset my cars electronic tire pressure testing system for free. It was telling me there was a problem when it wasnt for months. If Id gone to the dealership... it would have cost a lot! I cant trek you how much I appreciated that! My friend got new tires there and he was happy with the service and the price even though his tires needed to be ordered. They give you tiered options so you have price ranges to choose from. Nice place!
