Expect 2-3 hrs ..did not have lot of parking if you planning to arrive early..1-2 hrs early ok ..most of yard full by dropped trailers ..truck stop at 924 20-30 spots ..7pm appointment arrive at 5 pm docked at 630 and loaded at 7 pm ..not bad ..restroom provided for drivers ..nice polite people..after pass truck stop left on maple wood rd and right at oak ridge and left at Simmons rd and left to nbty docks are behind

Very friendly staff! One of the cleanest places Ive ever picked up at in my 16yrs of driving! My appointment was for 7pm and got loaded at 1pm! I will definitely come back here again!

Arrived at 1045, appointment 1200. Wasnt called into a dock until 1430.NO PARKING AVAILABLE, Street parking only!Backing is another joke, have to use the street to even setup correctly. Spacing with each dock is good, not crazy tight.

In and out always. Light loads, nice staff. Cant ask for much more.

Once youre in a door, loading is quick. Waiting for a door 🤦🏻‍♂️is the problem.

They kicked me out of their property for being early which i understoodWhen I came back took forever to get a door, once in a door they were quick to offload my trailer.

My appointment was at 12 noon. I got there at midnight, checked in with no problem. About 10mins later, I was called to back into a door. After everything was said and done, loading was complete at 1:45am. At 2am I was on my way. Everyone who work at this place is very respectful and have a good attitude towards the drivers. Yall keep up the good work.

Arrived 3 hours early was unloaded and gone 1 and 1/2 hours before my scheduled appointment time. Very friendly office staff.

2pm scheduled pick up. Got door at 530pm still waiting to get loaded. Got here at noon. By the time they load me will have either 0hrs to drive or will have 8hrs break done. Wow.

Reason for 2 stars they’re scheduling appointments is horrible ,They gave appointment to broker for 8am , arrive @7;30 ... Was told appointment was for 12: noon and need to wait until 12p ...Got a call at 12;45p to bring truck to receiving , so they can check seal , and got a door... they did not give instructions after loading ... they unload pretty quick ,, no one bother to call to let me know they finish .. after a while of no movement on trailer .. I went to check and ask , Girls in office visiting instead of working, they didn’t bother to acknowledge me for a while ...I ask about my Papers she ask my ph and look at bills and said , here ..

My Appointment 19:00 Get in at 18:45 an leaving a 19:15.So Fast and Friendly Women.

I just lost a whole day here because they harass you with the appointments but have no obligation to respect drivers time.They didnt even have the product ready and nobody had any info on when it will be.Stay away from here if possible,they just cost me a whole day and a lot of money.Thanks!

Read the reviews, so I just wanted provide some important information....1. They are closed on Saturdays2. Opens up on Sunday at 11pm (23:00)Monday - Friday they are open 24hrs3. They go by appointments ONLY (I checked in 30 minutes prior to my appointment and was given a door right away)4. Due to limited space they ask drivers not to show up no more than 6 hrs before your scheduled appointment time. If you show up earlier than that they will asked you to leave and come back within the 6 hours time frame. (NOT SURE ABOUT OVERNIGHT PARKING)5. DO NOT BREAK THE SEAL, after you checked in they will come out and break the seal.6. QUICK WITH UNLOADING (checked in at 23:29....appointment time 23:59....finished unloading a full trailer at 00:23....was leaving with signed paperwork at 00:30)7. Nearest truck stop is approximately 3 miles away

Easy to get into and out of. Public restrooms. They are usually quick. Not a lot of parking if you have to wait though.

I was way early for my appointment which was at 4pm and I arrived at 930am due to being told I had an 11am from my company. But, after about 45 minutes they gave me a call and got me on a door. Had me unloaded in a reasonable time for me arriving super early for my appointment time. Receiving department was great with helping me get unloaded and on with my day. Backing in was a pretty easy thing lots of room and location and receiving department office was easy to find. Watched couple of otr drivers take some time to back in. im a day cab so a bit easier for myself.
