I didnt use them for our bedbug issue because we could not afford them. Bad timing during the pandemic because my husband was laid off and I was at least time. We fought the issue on our own. Eventually we got rid of them but not sure exactly what worked. We tried went suggestion given and still cheaper than all 4 of the places we called. Cheapest quote we got from anyone was $1100. We just didnt have that at all during that time. Thank God a miracle, and nearly $170¿? later we havent been bit in 8-9 months!!

I did find a bedbug in my newly rented house. Unitech took the job. Right after (same night) the heat treatment I was bitten again. They sprayed. Same night I was bitten again. I was going crazy but Cathy (in office) assured me they could figure out what was eating me. 2 different men sprayed in my house a few times all while assuring me there were no bedbugs. One suggested it might just be in my head. Wouldnt talk to me about what else it could be. Almost a year later and Im still being chewed on at night. :(

I recently had an issue with bed bugs and after researching, I found that heat + chemicals are most effective with heat being instantaneous. UniTech offers a 4 months guarantee. When I spoke to other companies they laughed when I mentioned this. Other companies will charge many hundreds and use chemicals only which take 2-3 weeks and offer no guarantee. I spent hours on the phone with Kathy in the office as I had a ton of questions. She is very helpful and kind. I did have an issue getting the treatment scheduled - actually got rescheduled twice but I got the impression this was a one-off (employee called in - happens at any job)… UniTech offered me a substantial discount and totally made up for it by rescheduling me right away at a time convenient for me. The technicians were very friendly and educated me on some of their practices as it relates to public furniture and traveling to help prevent future issues. This is a trustworthy company and if you have any issues with bed bugs please reach out to them. You will likely speak to Kathy but I highly recommend you use UniTech—you will not be disappointed. After they treated with heat, I had no signs of them and no sign of them returning. Thanks UniTech for helping me!

Called their office early on a Monday requesting an inspection along with spraying and they were at my office a few hours later! They were very professional and had the job done promptly which was just what I was after! I would highly recommend this company for your pest control!!!!!

I was so freaked out about these little critters I was ready to throw everything I owned away. The staff assured me they could take care of the problem not to throw anything away. I was told I would still have the problem and would own nothing or the new stuff would get infested. Unitech did take care of the problem I got to keep my belongings, and they continue to do follow ups just to makeing sure I am sleeping at night{instead of staying up looking for these hungry beasts}. They were quick to respond and had a very fair price. I had to have my home treated for bed bugs. If you havent had them please dont mess around with just spraying. Spend the money to get the heat treatment. I priced out other pest control companies and by the time I paid for all the chemical treatments the least expensive option was still over $400 more than getting heat and chemicals. And with Unitech you get a 120 day guarantee. Bed bugs are pervasive and even though I had the house heated I still had to have them come and lay down chemicals three more times to ensure that they were gone and my infestation was mild.

They did not rid the house of the problem.

We discovered we had bedbugs back in August. I purposely waited until 90 days after 1st heat treatment before leaving this review, because I wanted to make sure bedbugs were gone, and Im happy to say that I can now confidently leave this review.We discovered we had a bedbug infestation back in August, and our landlord directed us to use this company, and we are so glad they did.These guys really know their stuff. For us, they did a combination of heat treatments AND chemical treatments, heat treatment first, followed by two chemical treatments. We have heard plenty of stories from people who went with other companies who had unfortunate recurrences of bedbugs, however, none of us have had so much as a single bite since their final chemical treatment, and we finally feel like our lives are back to normal. Kathy is in the office is awesome, and our bedbug exterminator, (i THINK his name is Jake) is a very professional young man, but very relaxed and easy going. He had us very at ease through the process itself, despite the stress we were going through before it. Also it only ran us 900 bucks thanks to an agreement they have with our apartment complex. After 2 long months of constant cleaning and prepping for the next chemical treatment, I was given the all clear. 2 weeks later I found a bed bug of advanced age crawling on me in the middle of the night. After setting up a bed bug inspection online, Kathy called me to get more information. She was very informative and genuine and overall pleasant to talk to. The general manager, Allen Stagner, and his associate came out today for my inspection. They too were very helpful, pleasant, and professional.Though it seems like Im in the clear and dont need a treatment, Allen assured me that I can call anytime or send pictures if I find a critter.If I do end up needing to exterminate (bed bugs or other) at any point, Ill most definitely hire Unitech.

Would NOT recommend to anyone. I was originally thrilled when I met with Alan regarding treating my 2 family home for bed bugs. He was very kind and professional at first. Now Ill admit that dealing with my landlord is tiring, but he continued to tell me that he will take good care of me and that hes never left anyone with bugs. Well those are both lies. They treated my entire home with heat but did not bring extra propane to refill the tanks, so they kept freezing and they were unable to finish the job. (A quick google search will show that there are multiple ways to keep a propane tank from freezing). So instead, they used my electric to power an in-room heater ALL night. (Thanks for that bill). I still had bugs when I returned to my home the very next day. I understand that getting rid of bed bugs is a process. After that day we had a tech return to the home to spray with chemicals 7 more times. Left with bugs each time. Then, without any warning, I learned that Alan and Unitech have backed out of the deal, leaving me with bugs. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Horrible experience that devastated my trust.

Bedbugs and termites, come with season change! Uff what a menace! I came to know about Unitech Pest And Bed Bug Control from a friend and dialled their number.When they came and did the cleaning, vacuuming and more.Dunno for some reason it has been six months; and my house is so clean!
