Great program! My daughter has been there since she was 2 yrs old, she is now 5 and in the team program. This has been great for her confidence!

This gym is gross. Equipment is not cleaned or sanitized properly, leading to skin issues with kids and the whole place smelling like a dilapidated locker room. Teacher Kate has no training, no bedside manner, and is on a wide array of prescription uppers and pain pills NOT prescribed to her while shes with these kids. Its absolutely despicable that shes not the only one doing so and management is aware. Do better for your kids and dont send them here

Great establishment, used them during the school covid shutdown for my child and had 0 complaints.Please note that the most recent one star review for this business was posted by an individual with only two business reviews that specifically call out one individual, who does not understand that libel carries significant civil penalties, and take that into account when weighing their review!

Staff are awesome and my children love this place!

Id give 0 stars if I could! My child came home from their daycare camp and told me a horrible story about one of the coaches BEATING a CHILD! My child said the coach DRAGGED the boy by the ARM into the hallway where she then HIT and BERATED the boy several times while he CRIED and SCREAMED for his mother. I will NOT ALLOW my child to come here any further after hearing about this!

Great support system. Great people. Great atmosphere. This is just a wonderful place to lose weight.

Again, I would NEVER refer to friends or family!! Very unprofessional from the coaches, management and even owner (Jean)!! First, a coach was acting unprofessional.. so we went to management who gave us excuses. Then the owner got involved.. Promised us that month was free and things would change. We went back.. the coach did change attitude which was wonderful.. But hit with late bill and bill for last month. Talked with the owner today saying we still have to pay our coachesBasically telling me he never said such a thing and I make this stuff up..Money was never the problem!!Ive been told its a small business and they need customers but I guess they dont need us who pay and attend consistently on time each month. Since you want to make this about money!!Principle, promise and relationship have been destroyed!!!!

The reviews on here I see are old. So maybe they had better staff then. Well we went for a free class they offer before you make a decision to sign up. We went yesterday for 3 year old son and 4 year old daughter. When we got there two front desk ladies were discussing loudly another employee. We stood there for a while and me and my husband kinda looked at each other and back at them still talking to each other and not greeting us our any of the other new families waiting. And it keep on so my husband said. Um we are waiting we have a class that starts at 7pm. One of the front desk ladies said well we are handling business right now and trying to make plans for this evening schedule. So me and my husband were both taken back by the response and my husband said you could have at least greeted us with a welcome and let us know you will be with us shortly. Then one of the ladies said something else rude. I think I was soo taken back that I cannot remember what she said. Then my husband said well this is definitely not the place for us and definitely not a good environment for our kids so we are going to leave. The front desk clerk said thats fine you can do what you want. So appalled. Never once did either of the front staff ladies apologize or even realize that they were not being professional handling business in front of customers and having them just stand there. Its like thats how they operate normally which is completely ridiculous. I do not recommend this place at all. And given the ladies they have at the front desk as your first impression, who knows how they staff the rest of the place. I am assuming with more rude unprofessional people. Will never go back.

I gave it a 2 stars because of the workers. On Fridays (Teen Night) The kids start having fun but then a fight starts. I hate how the workers deal with it. Once Ive seen a worker put his own hand physical around a kids neck. He was trying to stop them hitting but putting your hands around a child thats not yours is not right. They also yell for no reason!!!!!

My sister is going there Thursday and she wanted to know if it is a nice place do they have good equipment do they handle kids well (shes doing gymnastics)

My son has been taking classes here since he turned three, and he still LOVES it. All of the instructors are great with the kids; they are patient while still encouraging the kids to develop new skills!

Our experience here with our 3 year old daughter started out somewhat ok and then everything took a turn for the worst, coaches wouldnt show up for class, we would be sitting in the lobby for up to 15 minutes after the class was supposed to start waiting to be called and then they wouldnt even extend the time at the end. For a supposed to be 1 hr class would only get maybe 45 minutes out of it. Stopped coming here at the end of May and one of the newer coaches for thursday 6pm class was NOT good with children. She would yell at the kids, pull them by the arm if she was frustrated etc. The new gym we have moved to is so much more professional that its crazy, they really have some work to do if they want to stay open. It is also VERY dirty and smells very bad. Can tell the owners are cheap. I once saw a child spit on the mats with staff seeing it and acknowledging it and still NO ONE cleaned it, then saw another group come over directly after and sit and practice exactly where it was.

The fact that you guys dont have Saturday open gym anymore is stupid, thats when i usually went.
