I fee I need to re-review this company. Although we tried reaching this company via phone and email and got a return email indicating they would be happy to help. NEVER got a call. Tried so many times. How does this company stay in business? I tried to help local businesses but this is not way to run a business.5 days before event they contacted us and we decided to give them a try. They did provide everything we requested and were very friendly and helpful .Returning items was a very easy process. Overall the experience was fine but 12 days of delay in responding does give a lower star review.

Do not rent from this place. They never answer the phone and when they do, the customer service is horrible. If you dont want anyone renting your items then close your doors. Your customers are the ones that keep you in business. They need to learn to be humble.

They are amazing I had no problems with them they took car of everything from set in up to taking everything downI will definitely use them again

I have called this place several times in the past to rent items and never received a call back. Today I called twice in a row to see if they had two tablecloths that i could rent. The person that answered the phone finally put the phone down and said, do you mean that she has called me back to back for two damn tablecloths. I dont care if I was renting two or twenty two, that is no way to treat a potential customer. Iwill never rent from them again and I will make sure I never refer them. . I only called them because they arent far from where i live but never again will I attempt to use their services.

We hosted event for family in the fall 20/20 and the customer service was 5 STAR. Set up and decor exceeded expectations and the space was perfect. Its time to make plans for the next event, and guess who Im calling...

They were very helpful being last minute and were able to help and get me the amount of table clothes I needed to complete my moms surprise party . Then they even stayed over for me to be able to return the table clothes. I would recommend this business to anyone in the St. Louis Area.

Ive used this company numerous times for rental items for my clients. Kim is always flexible and accommodating to the needs of myself and my clients! If she doesnt have the inventory requested, she lets me know ahead of time so that I can plan accordingly to make any changes needed with my clients. Also, her pricing is very affordable and the quality of her inventory is amazing! I would definitely recommend this company to others and I will continue to use their services!

I highly recommend Beautiful Memories. I rented out her gold & white throne chairs over 15 times. Each event was beautiful all my customers couldnt have been happier. I purchased a set of throne chairs from the same company and its been great for my business.

Let me tell you all about the horrible experience that i had with this company BEAUTIFUL MEMORIES AND LINENS during my baby shower. While sitting in one of the chairs it broke on me during my gift opening ceremony. My husband called the owner soon as this happened, and her response was that we were trying to SCAM her because we called an hour before pickup. No apologizes to me being 8months pregnant and falling, no questions asked was I alright or hurt or anything. No inspection of the chair before the statement. Then she had the nerve to show up to my event to grab her items without my deposit (which was agreed upon already that it would be refunded during pickup) and with the police. She is a scam artist. Very rude and unprofessional. Do not do business with her. As you can see in the pics, these chairs have been put together a couple of times(improperly, of course) using regular glue, screw in nails and office staples. Even her husband agreed with us that the chair was poorly fixed, and to give us a refund. She doesn’t have a delivery truck, to properly haul these items back and forth, instead she uses a regular 1998 navigator SUV. She also has little kids picking these heavy items up to load and unload them instead of Delivery Men. Our whole interaction with this company was a mess from the beginning to end. And also let me mention. No one had sat in the chairs (but me and my husband for all of 10mins) during this entire event due to them being only for show; i ate at a table as well as my husband, was only using the chairs for pics during gift opening. And even if we were sitting in the chairs all day, aren’t chairs made for sitting? Okay. Again do not do business with this company, the customer service is horrible and the owner is very unprofessional and rude.

I called put in an order she sent and invoice. I call the next day to add more to the order she took the order and stated she will send an updated invoice. Did not receive it, call left and voice message because I was suppose to pick up the items the next day. Never heard from anyone and they are closed now. Now what the explanation for that?

Ive used Beautiful Memories last year. Kim A was professional and timely each step of the way. The day of the event, Kim and staff were on time, efficient, professional and the results were absolutely gorgeous! I definately recommend this service. And Kim, I will be calling you soon!

Horrible service I would definitely not return or recommend. And all future brides beware. She shows up late on the wedding day. She forgots appointments, does not return calls in a timely manner. some of my flower headbands were not done in time for the wedding, my bouquet looked horrible. She lied about my backdrop being 20ft that I payed for it was only 12ft and nothing like the picture I showed her and try to argue that its not, I have pictures to prove.

The service was wonderful! I had to call her mulitple times becuase I did not have it together but each time she answered to was very nice and understanding. I feel like some reviews where a little harsh she was not rude and answered every question I had. Will deffenitly be going back to her in the future!

Very unprofessional. Went to pick 2 chair covers and shash. The lady lied and said he will call me back once they went to get my items and others. She never called back. I went to the address listed on Google. I called several times. No answer....There business wasnt at the address. Im so pissed!!! I Wll.NEVER RECOMMED TO NO ONE
