Loved going to this dentist! Unfortunately, one of the reasons I chose this location was because they had evening appointments. I just called and was informed they no longer have them. I said I could do a 5pm on Thursday or Friday and the receptionist cut me off and said we arent open on Friday and we close at 1pm on Thursday and we dont have any appointments for 5 months. It seemed like she didnt even want to make an appointment for me so I guess they have plenty of business, guess I will find another dentist. Bummer :(

Most doctors love cash, not this dentist office. Just tried to make an appointment with this office, even after saying I would pay cash the receptionist said she couldnt make my appointment without my insurance card in my hand. Weird right. Ive been before, its been a while but Im no brand new person my husband has been too. My infant is sleeping and I do not want to disturb her at 730am to get my insurance card that this receptionist cant see through the phone!! I told her I would bring the card to my appointment but if it doesnt cover it I will be paying cash anyway. She refused to make the appointment. Too bad, most doctors love cash over insurance. Chelsea or whatever, really made the situation much more frustrating than it had to be. Time to find a new dentist.

I had the Pleasure of having Tori as my dental hygienist. Tori is the Sweetest and most heart felt person ever. My goodness. I had some troubles and she never gave up on me. When something didnt work she found a different instrument and keep trying until we found what worked for me. Tori never became frustrated with me. She talked me through the entire procedure. Tori even gave me breathing exercises to get me through it. Im big on Customer Service not only because its what my job consist of but because its who I am. I needed her right by my side. Her positive energy is simply overwhelming. Im so very Grateful to have met Tori. Shes someone that I will never forget. Lifestyle your Lucky to have Tori. Whatever awards you give out she deserves them and so much more. A raise wouldnt hurt either.Very Happy Customer

I have been to the location a couple times and have received adequate services both times. However, if you do not know a patient and they have not seen you before, please ask permission before calling them sweetie. You are my doctor not my significant other. It makes me extremely uncomfortable and when I mentioned how uncomfortable it made me feel, your staffs response was well, he does that with everyone. I really dont care he does it for everyone, I just told you I dont feel comfortable with it.I have a name, it is Sara, please call me by name or ask permission if you would like to use something less formal. Dont get me wrong- the staff is all very polite and accommodating but if youre less than 5 years older than me and do not know me, it is extremely unprofessional and makes it uncomfortable for the patient to be called sweetie.

The staff assistants, management, and doctors have really went out of their way (actually, above and beyond) to make sure that I am satisfied with the extensive work that I have had done. My front upper crowns are so natural looking that an actual dentist did not realize that they were crowns upon visual inspection.If I ever have a problem they get me in right away for an exam. All of the dentists are caring and understanding. They care about your comfort during treatment and the quality of their work. I highly recommend them!

UGH. Inconvenient at best. Texting me that I was 3 mos overdue for checkup they gave me two appt options: tomorrow at 7am or a better choice of time 5 months later. Those were the only two options. Clearly, they did not need my business so I fired them. Recommendation? Try Scanlon family dental 3 blocks away. Smaller and nicer little family business that is more competent and better organized.

I went to LifeSmile to have my teeth cleaned and checked. While there, they found that I had a cavity under a loose crown. They were able to to fix the cavity and take impressions for the crown while I was there. They went out of their way to fit my schedule.

Ive been going to this office for almost 10 years and yesterday due to an insurance challenge they did not allow me to be seen while they got it verified. They instead let me wait an hour to see if anyone didnt show up for their appointments. So long story short I was told to reschedule. Whoever called to confirm my appointment made no mention of insurance and I received several messages via text. The one call that I missed was from someone else in the office whom apparently wanted to verify insurance though she called at the end of the day so I was unable to return the call the day prior. My biggest problem with this besides wasting my time is that over the past year and a half theyve RESCHEDULED every appointment due to either the doctor or hygienist being out of office. First of all, I feel as a loyal patient I was treated as if I didnt matter even though Im always flexible with their rescheduled appointments and not being on time. Second of all, I feel that I shouldve been seen and if I didnt have coverage been required to pay the bill since Im responsible anyway. Thirdly, if it was so important she shouldve tried to contact me again before the appointment for verification even though the person who calls to very (even though you confirm via text) should be verifying insurance as well. Ill be looking for a new dentist due to all of this especially since the lady at the front desk made a point to raise her voice at me about missing the insurance call which was ridiculous!!

Everything goes well and is always done in a timely manner. I have been going here for years. I would recommend a place to anyone looking for a dentist.

I have been a Lifesmile customer for 20 years and can attest to the fact that they offer exceptional service, truly care about the customer and financial as well as health decisions, and the staff top to bottom is exceptional.3/30/21 update: Today just proved why I have been their customer for over 20 years. I had a crown fall off on Sunday and they got me in by this afternoon. When they found out I had been without income since the end of last June and was without insurance, the dental assistant and Dr. bent over backwards to get me taken care of with as little cost as possible. I couldnt be happier and they continue to prove they genuinely care about their customers. They are exceptional in every way.

Went there to get a tooth pulled, ended up getting a bridge put in that was attached to the bad tooth, 7 months later tooth fell out then another and then another, now the bad tooth originally was to be pull has broken off down in my gum. Have ask for my records 3 times but cant get them. Bad practices.

It is a great place to go to have work done on your mouth people are friendly .But one thing I did not care for is that I called The Exchange number to tell them that I was having pain in my mouth and no one never contacted me I think that is poor business. Well I had to come back Ill revise the letter they did finally call me back after a couple of hours and they call me some med in isnt really working I just hope I can sleep tonight I am going to call them back in the morning.

I hate to admit that I haven’t been to a dentist in years but a broken tooth left me no choice but to see one. Life smile was able to get me in on short notice. I was very apprehensive about having the tooth removed but once she started it took less than five minutes to get the tooth out of there. My whole visit from the time I got there to the time I left was only 45 minutes. Everyone was very cordial and professional. If there such a thing as enjoying a dentist visit this would be it.Had to have another tooth extracted 10/23/2019. Dr. Abby Smith took good care of me again. I would highly recommend her for any dental need based on having two teeth removed by her. I can not imagine any procedure tougher than having teeth extracted. I am undergoing chemo and this may be attributing to my tooth issues.

Every time I have been to LifeSmile, they have been excellent. Ive had regular teeth cleanings and fillings from them. I almost never have to wait. If the appointment is for 8am, Im in the chair by 8:01am. They communicate well about the services, perform the services well, and genuinely care. Ive read about other peoples billing experiences, but I have never had a problem. Its always been clear when I owe and how much I owe.

Let me preface this by saying I have a lot of anxiety about visiting the dentist, luckily I have prescription medication to help me out with that. I had a wisdom tooth that had broken off and was aching. I called around 3pm and explained what was going on. They squeezed me in at 4 and I was out by 5! The problem tooth was pulled quickly and honestly, this was one of the most positive dentist visits Ive ever had. Dr. Smith was kind and reassuring. She helped me relax and tried to get me to focus on something other than the work she was doing. I felt no pain during the procedure--in fact Im wondering why I hadnt done this sooner! I recommend Life Smile Dental and Dr. Smith if youre having a dental emergency.

Setup an appointment for my entire family and there was some issue verifying my insurance. I got it resolved before my appointment time but they still canceled and rescheduled all of us another month out. 2 month wait for a dentist. Dont bother even trying if your a new patient
