Great experience with this place. Staff was friendly. They gave an upgrade when the size I wanted wasnt available. I got great pricing (via my insurance) rates. No hassles on gas. They picked me up and dropped me off quickly with minimal wait. Would happily recommend this location.

Everyone at the Dunn and Hazelwood location are very friendly, great customer service, and will go out of there way to get you in the car you want. I love that they ask you how was everything when you bring your rental back if you had any issues. The staff all work together as a team to get customers like me in and out In a timely manner. Can’t wait to get my next rental from here and I love receiving my free upgrades!!!

My car purchase experience at this location in Hazelwood was excellent !! The Manager Ashley was totally AWESOME in every area from hospitality, sharing helpful information, helpful resources and went above & beyond in making sure I left as a satisfies customer than the prior day before. Her voice tone she used consistently, her energy, her politeness, the respect towards me never changed not even a little bit as she keep her professionalism the whole time had me constantly saying this can’t be real because I can’t recall a time that I’ve conduct a business with so passionate about their customers. Ashley rocks and truly is the heart and soul of Enterprise. Let me not forget about Rudy this salesman here is also a star player of Enterprise staff. Rudy too was also professional, flexible, courteous knowledge and kind and I’ll ALWAYS come back to Enterprise and do business as long as these two are others like these two are employed with enterprise.

I am completely appalled with Enterprise because of this location after my experience today!!! I have purchased 2 cars from this specific location and 95% of the times when I rent a car for business trips, I come here. Never again if I could help it will I come to this location!!! I worked with Hudson Ortmeyer who is a horrible representation of what an Enterprise Employee reflects. I felt profiled everyway imaginable (Racially, Appearance, etc) from him because I had a business account and didnt come in business attire. He questioned my business account authenticity and even when I showed proof that I wasnt lying by accessing my account with my company that transfers me to Enterprise Business Perk, he still gave me the run around after I had to drive back home to get my phone. To make matters worse, when I asked to see the branch manager, he would not go get him at all and told me that he spoke with him and he is a manager and the decision is final!! I rented cars from Emerald Club twice within the past 3 months and he would not take that into consideration since his reason behind questioning my accounts authenticity is since it hasnt been used locally since last November! NEVER AND WHEN I SAY NEVER NEVER WILL THEY GET ANOTHER PENNY OF MY MONEY!!!

By far the fastest rental place I have ever been to. Staff was super friendly, worked a great deal on an SUV for a little weekend trip. Will most definitely visit this location again.On a side note, I visited during the snow storms, their parking lot was by far the cleanest, and safest in the area. Too bad Dunn road couldnt of been plowed by the same people. 😁

Enterprise in Hazelwood rented me a jeep compass and the catlyc converter was out. I tried to return they were closed. Now they want to charge me for something I didnt do. Mind you I had a wedding to attend in Houston Texas this was the worst experience ever longest ride ever hardly no power. Enterprise even admitted to thieves trying to still catlyc converters off theyre lot. Beware

As of today have waited 7 days for a truck rentalDo to an auto accident my truck has been waiting to go to Bommarito collision center for repairs. I was dropped off at enterprise after finally getting called that they had a full size truck ready for pick up. We go through the motions and do the paperwork, guy brings the truck around and first thing I noticed were the rear tires were nearly bald.. Guy gives me the keys and I get ready to leave. Upon opening the door I notice the truck smells like cigarettes and pot. Start looking around in the truck and the seats are disgusting. Dried food stuck to the recline lever, both driver seat and rear seats look like they had drinks and food spilled all over and hardly cleaned up (I am not talking about a stain). I’m not happy but try to deal with. I go to pull away and the steering and center console are sticky.. After talking with the lady at the counter she tried to tell me it was stained, until I mentioned the food still on the seats.. I asked for an American made vehicle to replace it till tomorrow so I can get home and instead they say “we will just clean it real quick” after It was supposed to already be clean. So I get them to agree to exchange with another vehicle so I can get home mind you I was very clear I wanted an American made vehicle.. They try to give me a misubishi.. What an absolute headache. I will never rent from enterprise and surely wouldn’t recommend them!

My experience this time was horrible I’ve been rent from u guys over 20yrs...booking the car was the best part of the rental ...I went to secure the rental doing my lunch time I was told that I need a bill to rent and this the same card that I had on file for over 6yrs and I never used a bill to rent but he said it started in may 1amdI rented a car for a week ...so I paid over 600and the deposit was 300 very high but this the crusher they gave me a 2020 charger that wasn’t cleaned gas hand on E , while I was on the road had no washer fluid my right rear tire needed air so it was on a slow leak I bought washer fluid and found out it didn’t work so had to pull over on different occasions to clean my windshield

This Enterprise is horrible!! The customer service is lacking from the sales reps all the way up to the manager. The manager keeps taking calls even after he was informed that I needed to speak with him. They dont properly clean out vehicles once they get them in and they dont have enough inventory to accommodate all their customers!!

Enterprise has fallen down to the bottom of rental car companies. There cars are overpriced to be filthy when you rent them. I shouldn’t have to detail the car myself when I rent. The seats are dirty the windows have a sticky dried smear on it. Cup holders filthy dust all on dashboard. $1300 for 9 days that includes $300 deposit, the car should be in pristine condition.

My rental experience would’ve been great however the ride home was horrific. The Enterprise shuttle driver didn’t not wear a mask and he coughed and hack the entire ride. He also spit out the driver side window while driving at least three or four times. I’m still sick to my stomach.

First I will start off with the pickup and drop off for rentals. I understand the lobby was closed due to Covid but there should have been an organized system for pick up and drop off. Customers were just standing outside in no organized fashion with no signs to direct. I waited almost an hour for a rental that I reserved online. It would really help if signs were put out to direct customers so they know what to expect.The next thing was the cleanliness of the vehicle. The car was pretty dirty. It looked liked it hadn’t been vacuumed or wiped down. There were small traces of trash left behind. This is very disappointing given that we are in a pandemic. I will not be returning to this location. I don’t think you all value your customers. I would rather spend a few extra coins with some of the other rental places.

I needed the vehicle picked up on a tight time commitment. I called in advance to ensure the vehicle was ready and was told it was. When I showed up the vehicle was not washed or cleaned yet. The interior smelled like cannabis and the fuel gage had 5 miles to empty.

The only down was the car they gave me didnt have a working power outlet which was my reason for renting the car in the first place, but they offered to put me in a new vehicle at a different location. I use to love renting from enterprise until this recent update experience dealing with them. I reserved a full size vehicle only to get a economy sized vehicle my reservation was placed two weeks in advance. When I got there they only had two vehicles they offered me both were very small woth very high mileage I am saying over 30,000 miles the price of my rental was not changed so basically I paid for a full sized vehicle but did not receive a full size vehicle.

I reserved a car for a full week upon arriving for my rental I was quoted a price from Dezzray that was over priced. I brought this to the reps Nate’s attention and they still overcharged my card. I had to turn around and come back after calling in reference to me noticing that I was overcharged. First off I’d like to say they completely inconvenienced me and my account was overdraft due to Nate pulling from my account more then what he should have. I have all of my receipts to show my proof and all they could do was tell me that I can just call back to the company the next day and pay for an extension of days to my car rental and said that my money that they accidentally took from my account would be refunded in a couple of days. Due to this whole inconvenience I wasn’t able to complete certain task and I believe that the customer service at this location was piss poor. I rent from this place often and every time I rent from this location it’s always some non sense. At this point I don’t think I would recommend this place to anyone nor do I plan on returning. I’ve spent way too much money with them to be disrespected.

The customer service rep were very polite and made sure that we were able to travel in a vehicle that was super comfortable and spacious for our trip to Mississippi. We even needed to keep the vehicle an extra day and they accommodated us with us. Great experience every time we rent with them.

Made a reservation 2 days prior to picking up a vehicle, waited 2 hours on a Saturday with about 20 other people in line. It definitely set my trip back. And when I called corporate to make a simple complaint, they hung up on me as I tried to get a confirmation #. Aug 22nd-29thWhen I came back a week later it was a hassle just to drop off.They are getting a lot of overflow from the stl airport and just cant keep up. There was a couple that was told to go there and they closed at 12 noon on Saturday. They said they had to send them away.

I would never deal with the Enterprise on Dunn Road I will continue to use Westport Collision center. Hazelwood price gouge. They tried to charge me for a day on Sunday because I rented at 8 and returned at 10 how when on Sunday u dont open till ten. Then they gave me a car and one of the associates just blew it off when I asked him about the check maintanence light was on he didnt try and come and get it reset. Then I had one price online and it was a whole 100 more when I went to pick it up. Called corporate they were suppose to investigate didnt hear anything back. They did credit me back for the day charge. When I returned they were trying to make me pay up front one girl said that the balance couldnt be taken out deposit but another one said it could.

Very bad customer service and not very accommodating. Guy gave us a minivan and it stinks in here. Smells like wet animal. They did a very bad job cleaning this thing.Hire some people who actually want a job and will go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Not the most professional. They only have 1 person working on the rental side with multiple people in line and 5 other people walking around the facility doing nothing. They have you wait outside but no one to greet or give direction. A gentleman came to return a vehicle and waited for a good while before he finally went up to someone to ask them to take the keys. Would not recommend this location. --In response to owner comment, I left. This is at the hazelwood location.

Well my appointment was 9AM. When I arrived there on time, I had to stand outside in the cold and rain. For some reason customer service was outside that day. The car that I pre-ordered on line was not ready. The young man told me that it would be another 15-20 minutes wait in the cold before the car would be ready. Rented a pick up truck here the other day they are moving cars so fast in-and-out they are barely cleaning them. With covid one would think they would be taking extra care. I watched the customer return the vehicle and then I was given the vehicle filthy dirty I accidentally left my opener in the vehicle and its still in the vehicle that was been rented to someone else. that lets me know they are still not properly cleaning cars that you are moving that fast that you would not notice a garage opener on the sun visor!! The red head manager has a funky attitude and could car LESS!

I was able to rent a car this time, even though they were extremely busy at the Hazelwood MO location. About an hour and 15 minute wait in line. Also, on the phone the rep said that I would be able to use my debit card, linked to a checking account, but when i got there, the rental rep said no, because Its out of state. But she spoke to management, and I finally got the car. Anyway, I was able to rent the car, in the last 30 years, Ive rented cars, i have never seen these rent a car agencies so busy. I dont know whats going on, but the rental car business looks like its booming, gangbusters

I understand theres a pandemic going on but if you change my rental car pick up location I should be notified. Whats the point of reserving a full size car and not having one available? Ok youll up grade me to a 4 door pickup but what about the gas? I spent double what I expected (truck got 19.8 mpg). Did I mention I waited 90 minutes to get the truck! Ive used Enterprise a dozen times and this is the first bad experience Ive had. Hope its not a trend!!!

I understand that we are in a pandemic, but the level of service I have been receiving recently from Enterprises has been abysmal . Its undeserving of even one star. I have been required to wait out in the sun (90 degree) for up to an hour. They only have two people working on the rental side when there are over 20 people in line. They dont have a drop box for people returning cars so even people returning vehecles have to wait in the sun. The cars are never ready when you arrive, you have to wait for the car to be cleanup on top of waiting in line to be serviced.And that is if they have the car you have reserved sometimes they dont, which another issue within itself.My review pertains particularly to the Enterprise on Dunn road, Hazelwood MO

The company did not have any cars available when I came in. I had to wait for over an hour to speak to a representative. Then, once we spoke to a representative and expressed the displeasure with the wait, he responded with “Yea I’ve been out in this heat all day too.” On the plus side, they were able to provide a free upgrade due to the lack of cars.

Set up a reservation and when I got there, I was told they could not accept my debit card only a credit card. I offered my bank routing and account number as well as my other bank card, but because I did not have a credit card I was told I could not rent a car. I called corporate and was told it would be fine if I showed proof of address. So went back in and was told they would not. I called corporate again and asked if there were any exceptions for military personal and was told that I would get a call from the district manager. I never received a caller any other response from this location or corporate.

Wonderful company, they were a life saver when I needed a rental to get my daughter from college. they were very polite and the wait was not long, and customer service was great. My rep Anna was great, and I loved her personality and her eagerness to make sure that I was satisfied with my rental and my rental experience. I had to get a rental while my car is in the shop. The selection was poor. The girl gave me a Rogue. I noticed cat hair throughout the vehicle and she told me no pets. The car was dirty as well. I called and explained the situation and i only wanted a car. The guy on the phone precedes to tell me he has a jeep cherokee. He said there was a ford fusion and to come back up. The same girl who helped the first round tells about the jeep cherokee. What part of car did she not understand. I get in the ford and all you smell is marijuana and the car is filthy. I asked if she could clean the car and she said yes.they have a car wash there. All sh did was spray air freshener. The car still smells and the windows and cloudy with smoke and dirt. I will call tomorrow and go to a better location.

We arrived on a Saturday around 4:30. The rental side closed at 6:00. Within 1 1/2 hours, they were able to run our credit, let us test drive the vehicle we were interested in, get us approved, paper work signed, and driving away in our new vehicle by 6:30. I picked up my rental on Monday which was a pickup truck I never rented from this location but bc they were close to my home I decided too....But I was not satisfied due to the agent saying no smoking but my vehicle smelled like nothing but smoke also vehicle was white and visibly needed a car wash had all dead bugs on it which I mentioned to agent also the back of the pickup was very dirty and had wires and cameras I’m guessing from previous renter still in the back....I returned the truck that Saturday and I WOULD NEVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN BC ALAMO WOULD NEVER RENT OUT TRUCKS LIKE I RECEIVED FROM THEM...!!!!!!!!!

Good car rental. Call them and they will pick you as well as drop you at your place. Documents required are international driving permit and a credit card. Sometimes they insist on getting at least on of their insurance with the rental which almost double the rental cost but then it adds to safety at your end

The customer service was excellent!! Management and employees were very welcoming and attentive, they made sure everything was explained and even when I returned the vehicle they still had the same spirit of helping, which I definitely value that type of customer service. Kudos to the Dunn Road location!!!!!

The people were nice, but I sat here for a half an hour waiting because their computers were down. Had to get my wife to leave work to come pick me up because they couldnt write the info down and give me the car so I could go to work. Need to come up with a backup plan when technical problems happen. How long would I have ended up sitting here waiting for the computers? All day?
