The visit itself was fine. Pretty quick, not too painful. However, they literally just lost my bloodwork and havent bothered to return my calls. I understand being short staffed but its been almost a month now and no one will call me back. Insane.

Worst Experience ever!! Don’t go here unless you are ready to play where’s Waldo...very unprofessional. I called before I came explained what I needed from them however they failed to tell me they were not in a labeled building or directions once I was there which common sense should tell the person answering the phone (hey they are on their way to my location they are gonna need directions once they get here let me service this person better by giving them to her.....duhhh- customer service.) Well needless to say I could not find this place when I got there and had to sit on hold to wait for someone to pick up to get further directions. By the time someone decided to pick up the phone again they informed me they could not let me do what I came to do due to a cut off time...how convenient... I’m very displeased with this so I decided to tell my story cause I’m a very busy adult who does her job when I’m there to the utmost and I expect the same in return when I’m in the public.

Appointment was for 7:45 we went back about 7:50 am. We waited maybe 7 minutes. I don’t really have any complaints. I would suggest making an appointment though. The earlier the better. Was able to get my son off to school with a note.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Enter at your own risk. This place is highly unprofessional. The wait time here is ridiculous, not because the staff is short. The staff sit in the back and talk about there personal business before helping the customers. I would not be returning here. Lab Corp please do a better job with hiring people who want to come and do their job, people that have concern about others time!!!!!!!!!

Highly not recommended. Avoid this place if you can. Customer service is extremely horrible. In particular, the short female worker is the rudest person ever. As I waited to be helped, the people ahead of me she called back, including myself, she never greeted; only called their name out. Her work ethic is lacking and I gave her the referral my agency gave me. She immediately tried to deny me service insisting that my agency told me to go to the Clayton location, that being false. After her finally providing service, she was really rough with my limb in reaction to being upset with her not being knowledgeable about something I mentioned to her. Lastly she told me that my results my agency requested would not even get. In essence, I felt like I wasted my time.

Always have had good, painless results. Never sat more than 5 minutes. Techs have always been great. I go to the one at DePaul hospital in Bridgeton Missouri

The technician Tina was fabulous. She put the needle in my arm so carefully i hardly felt it. One of the two check in machines was inoperable and she had loads of patience to come out and help each customer check in as they arrived. Overall good experience and short wait time.

Ive been trying to get in for weeks. No way of finding hours of operations, no one will return my call, tried setting a appointment but the system is not working! I am a working woman too. I cant coordinate with my schedule. This is a really big mess! I miss Quest Diagnostics.

I was really impressed. There was computerized check in; Which was user friendly. My wait time was reasonable. I arrived at 7am and was our by 7:10am. The staff was very professional. Have your ID and insurance information or, other method of payment available. Be sure that your have the appropriate paperwork/order. You can also speed the visit up by having your doctor send your order directly to labcorp.The review above was over a year ago. I went to Labcorp a couple of weeks again and they still get 5 stars from me. As long as you make and appointment online, you will be in an out of there in 10 mins or less.

The staff was very helpful! I was there for a 3 hour blood test that i had to fast for. I got very sick feeling and they let me lay down, checked on me, and told me that if I needed to again it was no problem. Good workers!

Very rude workers they were very friendly when it came to coworkers but as soon as attention was back to me it was me getting talked down to like im stupid and being very stuck up towards me never ever returning here

Normally my husband is a hard draw with them having to go through the top of his hand, making it sore for days. Ty took his blood yesterday and was able to get it in his arm. She is wonderful. He is able to use his hands with no pain today. Thank you Ty!!!

I arrived at 11:30, my doctor had faxed my standing orders in months ago. Used the kiosk to check in. No place to sit and ppl were complaining about being there forever. I just had my Chemo treatment and had to stand although I was sick. Finally after two hours I was called back and told their internet was down. Great, no orders were lost! They werent willing to look up my doctors number to call to get the order, thankfully I had her number in my purse. I waited in another room while they FINALLY got orders. Not to mention they couldnt find a vein, I finally left at 3:30. Never recommend this place. To top it off, they have no record of me being there and no blood work results. I have to go re-do everything.

I lost out on the opportunity for a job because after waiting 45 minutes to take a drug test I get back there and the lady tells me the strip didn’t read!! So instead of trying to put it in a functional new bottle they sent it to my company saying it had NO TEMPERATURE... really how can urine not have a temperature? That’s crazy!!! So now I’m without that job and I guess I’m dead to since my urine doesn’t have a temperature.

I needed an early appointment as I had to be at work by 8:30. I made a 7:30 appointment. I arrived and there were 2 people ahead of me in the waiting room. There was only one person working, and she came out approx 7:40 and said she lost track of time putting away supplies and took the first person back. It was close to 8 before she finished with that person and got the next person. I finally left at 8:10 without being seen because I had to get to work. I will not go back to this location as there was zero consideration for attempting to meet appointment times.

The lady was extremely rude. While on one hand I forgot she said not to wash my hands, the water should have been shut off anyways like every other drug test Ive had to take for jobs. I also wanted to wash my hands immediately because the toilet was not only not flushed, there was urine all over it from previous people. That is extremely unsanitary and i do not appreciate those conditions or the attitude i recieved from the staff.

Very rude people, walked in there was no one at the window, I uttered hello through the window and I could hear a voice telling me to have a seat. I waited 15 min before someone finally even came to see what my reason for the visit was. Smh
