Fantastic Service! I highly recommend them. I spoke to Chad over there and he not only helped get me a policy that was a perfect fit for my household but also explained everything regarding the rental policy / how to use certain features. Im more of the I can do it myself / perfectly fine just using online services, and I am happy that I went through an agent than doing it myself. 5/5 stars from me and I couldnt be happier.

I must say Brayden (hope i spelt that right) was just absolutely amazing over the phone. He called to give me a quote but i was a bit busy so i asked him to call me back at 11 the next day. At 11:00am I received my phone call. I was welcomed with a clear happy energetic hello and we began the application process. He helped me with every question i had and explained in full detail all of my discounts and his process in getting me my lowest possible quote! Im 27 and i have a clear driving record so his quote was $100 less then what im paying for now. Hearing im a single mom of kids he offered life insurance with the auto insurance and it was the perfect combo! I am so happy with the way he helped me through everything and he even appologized when the life insurance policy got a little private asking for my weight and height. Lols all in all he was fantastic and having an agent like Brayden is the reason you should choose with state auto!! Like a good neighbor state farm is there. They are there for you anytime and there prices and deals are unbeatable!! Not to mention just like the commercial implicates my boyfriend thought i was cheating on him because i was laughing and smiling and just straight up excited at all the amazing discounts they offer and his amazingly friendly and proffesional personality!! I recommend Brayden 1000%!! I am jusf so impressed with this company!! And i can not wait to start my policy!!

He is not a responsive agent. This has happened to me on numerous occasions. As of today, 11/20/20, I have been waiting 3 days for a return phone call on an issue with a 12/1/20 deadline. This has been going on now for over 30 days.
