Mark and Andres were great. They arrived on time and got to work immediately installing both an air conditioner and heating system. His workmanship was excellent and he did a good job of explaining all the features to me. This is a small item, but as this was a replacement for an existing unit (one of two), he noticed the air filter in the unit he replaced had a filter that had recently been installed and was not dirty in the least. He pulled out that filter for me to use in the other unit when it came time to replace it. A small gesture but shows he is a professional. Thank you.

Jake talked me through all he was doing and the tools he was using. Our a/c was back to running within an hour. We had an issue over the weekend and left a message and they responded at 7 o’clock on Monday and had a technician out by 9 o’clock who found and temporarily solved the problem and will be replacing the unit within the week. We have an experienced nothing but stellar service from air comfort. I recommend them to everyone I speak to and I’m more than pleased with everything they’ve done for us.

Weve been having problems with our A/C during the warmer weather. We called, a technician came out. He told us the costs of repairing the problems. Based on the fact that the furnace and A/C were 28 years old, we would get a new system instead of keep throwing money at the old one and probably end up replacing it anyways. We were able to get a salesman, Scott, out the next day. He went over the different options based on the size of our house. Fortunately, they had one of that size in stock for the options we chose; they have customers whose systems are back ordered. Because ours was in stock, they were able to get the installers out the next day. Mark and Pete arrived on-time and started working; there was another gentleman who delivered the new unit and took the old one away, but I cant remember his name. We were told they would complete the install around 6pm. Because we made sure they had plenty of room to work, aka we moved our junk well away from the furnace area, they were able to complete the job before 3:30pm. I cant guarantee this would be in every case, but it certainly helped us. They answered our nit-picky questions, did the installation, and cleaned up after themselves!!! Weve had problems with other contractors, not heating/cooling cleaning up after themselves, so this was quite nice to experience. The new system has been working very well since he had it installed 2 days ago. Were supposed to be getting a new thermostat we it becomes available; that was the only part that was back ordered. Since we already had a smart thermostat, it is working for now; the new thermostat is expected to make better use of our furnace/A/C system. Were just happy the house isnt as warm and we dont hear the fan running quite as often. Overall, were happy with the quality, speed and efficiency of the service weve received.

Tim was great. He arrived at my home on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was done in 30 minutes and my AC was back up and running. Tim was very knowledgeable and polite. I will be using this company in the future.

These guys get you over a barrel . Your Air is out and pay twice as much as you should. Just shop around and do your research. There repair guys will get you to. I have a three year old unit that has been repaired three times. 300$ to 500$ each time. I do not normally write bad reviews but they deserve it.

Having to get a new system is usually not a good situation, but AirComfort made it easy and I appreciated their response, team and service.

The team from Air Comfort was great. They arrived on time and explained everything to me and then went to work. Completed and cleaned up all within the time frame they said the installation would take. Already notice a big difference upstairs with the new HVAC system. I also paid to have them perform Duct Sealing through an aerosol process that seems to have made a huge difference in pushing cold air upstairs. Their testing showed a mid to upper 90% efficiency (don’t remember what they called it but only a small normal portion of air leak from the ducts now). I tested this by feeling the cold air coming out of the registers upstairs. With the old system and the leaking ducts I had to get on my knees and put my hand right over the register to feel the air coming out and now I can just stand by the registers and feel the cold air coming up a huge difference from before. Anyway very satisfied and looking forward to a great business / consumer relationship with Air Comfort Service!

John was very prompt. He identified the problem very quickly and fixed it right away. He explained the issue in detail, laid out my options clearly and answered all my questions patiently, before performing the fix.

The last two times Ive used Air Comfort Service after their initial install, Ive had Jacob B. come out for both of them. The first time, there was an issue with one of the parts for my furnace, and Jake was thorough and correctly diagnosed the issue. Even better, he returned the same afternoon to install the part, and my furnace ran without issue after that. Because of my good service call experience, I specifically requested that Jake come out to perform the start-up on my new A/C unit, and the work was done promptly and professionally. Overall, highly recommended.

Ive used other unsavory HVAC people to service us. Woke up to 80 degree house as Ameren UEs constant power surges in Florissant have literally destroyed three of our HVAC units with their constant power outages and surges on good weather days. I called and spoke with Donna and not only did they get someone out within two hours...JOHN got it fixed the same day! Very professional, very quick, not shuffling around nor on his phone like some previous technicians. He fixed the starter, cleaned it, recharged it and they have a great service plan I signed up for. I received nine bids for a new furnace and air-conditioner. David, from Air Comfort Service, Inc came out and gave a very competitive bid. It was not the cheapest nor was it the most expensive. He was helpful and did not try and oversell me on the units. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and explained everything carefully. We spoke a few days later and he was happy to answer all of my follow-up questions. I also really appreciated the Air Comfort Service, Inc paperwork, and how everything was laid out with upfront pricing. Ultimately, I went with another company and another system, but only because I felt it was a slightly better fit for my house and my family. The decision was not easy, and I could have happily chosen Air Comfort Service, Inc.

Air Comfort replaced my water heater with a Bradford White 40 gallon gas tank. As I have come to expect, everyone involved, Shannon and Shelly who assisted with appointment, schedule and alert prior to arrival, Scott who provided brand/model, contract and cost information and Pete who did the installation, were all helpful, patiently explaining what is involved. They are professional and friendly.Pete did a great job, (- thoroughly knowledgeable and professional,) installing the water heater. He explained and demonstrated what is required, how to check that it is functioning properly, and if necessary how to re-lite it. He went through the paperwork, and was very considerate and left the work area clean and tidy.I have relied on Air Comfort for about a decade because this company is trustworthy. The products are quality and prices competitive.Most of all, the people there are simply fantastic.

Tom was great. Knowledgeable, customer service oriented, not too pushy on the up-sell but still presented it and advocated for it. Was on time, with mask, gloves, foot coverings and had his tablet wrapped in saran wrap to ensure no cross contamination from customer to customer. He was polite and considerate of the fact that I was working from home while he did his thing.

Charged me to come out and assess the issue but did not provide the services needed to fix. Person scheduling show have communicated what they did and did not work on.
