I hired this company for a relatively small job - removing ~40 square feet of water-damaged ceiling drywall which contained asbestos. The price was cheaper than the competitors and they were also able to get the work done on relatively short notice. The crew arrived on-time and were professional; the amount invoiced matched their estimate. I would hire these folks again if I need more asbestos abatement services in the future.

We had a quote from them to removed some asbestos. The day before the appointment, they emailed us to change the appointment time. We had our AC installer assessed the asbestos situation and he told us he can take care of it. When synergy enterprise showed up, there was no work for them. They didnt even set foot in our house. Now they are repeatedly sending us an invoice based upon their quote. We replied telling them that their people didnt do any work, that our AC installer took care of it. They ignored our response and keep sending invoices.

Disappointed. Their subcontractor THA installed a water heater and the technicians resized the gas pipe and caused other joint connections to leak gas. Technicians discovered the leak and in Spanish told each other lets leave, because were going to have to remove the whole pipe again and took off. The following day, another set of technicians blamed me& told me to repair it. I reached out to the owner of THA and received no response. I havent had gas for over a week.

They never called me back and ignored my text

WTF. They dropped chunks of ASBESTOS and left them behind in our crawlspace when removing ductwork in our 1950s ranch home in El Cerrito. When I asked them to return to fix their mistakes they came back to clean-up and did little to nothing. After their clean up attempt I found more asbestos which I paid to have tested at T.E.M. labs in Berkeley. The hard lesson learned here is: When removing a classified carcinogenic contaminant from your home, hire the most expensive contractor to do the job, NOT THESE CLOWNS.

Called on Thursday 10/22/2020 talked to Jake about asbestos removal in kitchen. He made appointment for Monday 10/26/2020 cancelled because of traffic rebooked for Tues 10/27/2020 at 9:00 late for that appointment .He was here about 15 minutes said he would send me an email with estimate & more info...today is Friday 10/30/2020 no email no other contact. So this held up my removal & today I contacted another company who is coming Monday. Synergy has poor customer service. Maybe my need for removal was too little of a job if so he should have said so.

Very professional operation. Their field rep. Fernando and the office staff responded quickly to my calls, emails and texts. The crew (Jesus and Rafael) could not have been nicer to explain to me the process and be very careful about my home and any concerns I might have. They were meticulous, thorough, tidy and finished ahead of schedule. Im sure my Rossmoor neighbors barely knew they were there and thats always something our neighborhood appreciates.I highly recommend Synergy.

Great service the representative Andrew Clark stopped by our business, set us up and two days later they got everything handled in one day. The technician Chris Jensen did a great job! Worked around our employees with minimal disruption. Chris was able to get everything updated in one day!I had this done several years ago it took two people two days to get it done.
