Awful service, overpriced materials and terrible service from Luz the supervisorWe hired Regency to service a number of our store locations and it was like pulling teeth to get anyone to call us back with schedule or updates. Later we came to find they dont have service techs but sub all labor out to other contractors AKA the lowest bidders. Every time a tech came out it was someone new and we had to start all over.Avoid the headache and hire the local contractors directly.
