Rented a car that had low tire pressure on the front right side. Kept refilling it and thought maybe the sensor is broken. I called in and the lady was super nice and told me I can just go in and exchange the car.Fast forward a month, they charged me for the flat tire

Im sorry I gave a bad review here but that was for Enterprise Rentals. Budget is great! The lady at the desk was great.

Okay this place is perfect for my brother’s with them bad credit issues, so straight up, if you got a pre pay card, Bank ATM card, and you got the money on the card, your home address must match the card, boom you got a rental car. Cheap and great deals believe that!!!

Theyll take your credit card for a reservation..charge you for the entire trip..tjen when you arrive to pick up the car theyll say you cant rent w/.that credit card...even tho they already charged you...then you...not them. .will have to call customer service and explain and hope the give you a full refund...if so, itll take a week for you to get your money back. The thing is a scam!

I read the review by Byron William, and my experience was quite the opposite.I recently was moving and in need of a rental truck with a trailer. With my online search, I found Budget to be the most cost effective option. I then created a reservation online. The gentleman that worked at the location called me to inform me that they were closed on the day that I requested to start my reservation. He ensured that I would receive the same rate as the original arrangement (This was very important to me as the days that it was amended to was an increase of over $100, when booked online). The pickup date went seamless. My schedule for packing was even accommodated by them allowing me to pick up the trailer at a later date. Fast forward to when I picked up the trailer, my schedule was erratic. I ended up not being able to come until after the establishment was closed. The gentleman was still over-generously willing to ensure that I was taken care of, even when he didnt have to. I arrived, he was still there, and he helped me with the trailer to make sure everything was in order. He asked me if the shifted return-date would still suffice, and I expressed how I was unsure, until the time came. He told me to let him know, and he would see if there was anything he could do to make the reservation right. Fast forward to when I needed to return the truck and trailer, and I indeed needed to have it up to my original return date -- one day after the amended return date. I contacted the gentleman, and he handled everything to where I did not occur any extra fees from the original estimate. His unwavering dedication to customer service proved commendable enough for me to go out of my way to write a review; something I never really do.

The operators of this budget used my credit card for unauthorized transaction causing a fiasco that lasted more than a week for me to get reimbursed. It was 2 Indian gentleman that did this to me. They also rented me a vehicle that couldnt be driven at night because its headlights were adjusted to straight up in the air. No walk around and a half tank of fuel. Currently there is an ongoing investigation due to the extra charges on my credit card. I hope they get charged with crimes and lose their job. Be aware. Reviews are from the people that work there.

The gentleman working at this location was very helpful. Being that he was working alone he still managed to greet me and assure that I would be taken care of in a timely manner. Small spot but if your in the area I would recommend.

Horrible customer service. They charged my account extra than what they told me they would. When I tried to contact them to inquire about the charges I was given the run around by corporate and the private company owned business at SLC Airport still hasnt contacted me about the charge. I was lied to that they would reimburse my account, but they were just trying to get me off the phone. I have called both corporate and the private company over 26 times with no success in receiving my receipt, an explanation for the charges, or a reimbursement. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. YOU MIGHT LOSE MORE MONEY THAN YOU EXPECTED.
