David took good care of me, listened to my story and advised how to get a good transmission in my car. I asked if I could supply parts and they install, which was done in a very flexible and accommodating way. Great working with them. So far trouble-free after this. Definitely can recommend!

I am so glad I took it in my BMW to Zoom, David Sr. and David Jr are both very knowledgeable and friendly. They offered me a free towing, free diagnostic it took couple hours to tell me whats going on with the transmission and 4 days to take me back on the road. I definitely recommend to anyone. After rebuilding my transmission, for a lot less money than I expected. The transmission is a smooth as when it was new.

We live in Marin County, unfortunately my Odyssey van broke down in Hayward I searched a shop around the area Im glad I found Zoom, David send me a free towing and of course a free diagnostic. He was very clear with the price and the warranty, explained and suggested about the external cooler that may we need with extra charge with no pressure just as an option. They are very honest and provided great customer service. 100% recommended

Been to a lot of auto repair facilities but this one set the bar very high indeed. After a free road test scan turn out it was not a transmission problem but regardless they were very patient with me and my elderly mom.Seriously.... these people are the best in town

This isnt my first time at Zoom ATC a couple of years ago I brought them my 1997 Pontiac to work on my transmission. I later sold that car and bought myself a 2003 Audi which was running great until 3 weeks ago my transmission started to slip. I then remembered I still had Davids business card so I contacted Zoom ATC and Lilian answered she sensed that I was no longer comfortable driving my car around so she offered a tow truck (which was great because i dont have road side assistance). We got to the shop they ran a FREE diagnostic (which is a plus! because the Audi dealer was charging me an arm and a leg for this service!) from there David was able to tell me what was needed to be done to my A4. They replaced my shift controller, put new solenoids, new seals, etc. for a really great affordable price. I am now back on the road enjoying my car! Zoom ATC did an awesome job. Everything is working great and they deserve to be recognized. Thank You Zoom ATC!

Very Rude. Cannot comment on service as they where so rude and seemed to have very little mechanical knowledge of AWD.

I got a quote over the phone for $1200 i get there and they want $2500.what a waste of time.

I was having some issues with my clutch and talked to David on Saturday. He told me to bring it in, he always kept me in touch with me about what the technician was finding.
