This is the worst place! They gave my nephew rims that were too big for his car. A mechanic friend of ours said all 4 tires were hanging from 3 threads and the lug nuts were falling off. Spent a total of 600 dollars to basically put his life in danger. All these reviews about how good they are, are fake. No one is named Lawremce. I am going to report this to the BBB and get them shut down. I will also be going to all the news outlets so everyone in the Bay Area will know how unethical this business is!!!!!

Ran over a screw got a flat. Replaced flat tire with the spare doughnut and drive to tire and wheel mart. After a 20 min wait they fixed the flat, took the doughnut off, put fixed tire on. Cost was $20. Very happy customer here.

Best place in the Bay Area, I have called around from San Jose to Sacramento. No one had what I needed, they didnt want to Break up their set. Tire and wheel mart had what I needed , ordered it and it was ready for pick up the next day. Talk about service, A-1 service in my book.Thank you!

I stopped here to have a flat tire and wheel checked out for repair or replacement. The employees were super helpful. they quickly looked at my tire, found a nail, patched it and got it back on my car. No scam, charged a fair price. Ill be returning here for regular tire maintenance.

When it comes to selling tires and wheels I find it good. They have a decent kind of choices.BUT THE AFTER SALE IS WAY DIFFERENT AND DIFFICULT. I bought 4 TIRES AND WHEELS and that includes alignment and balance (good deal)BUT! they asked me to come back in 2 days for alignment because it was already 6pm although they still have 30mins to do it because they closed at 6:30pm. So i went back after 2 days and waited 2 HOURS in their slow time just to tell me that I HAVE TO COME BACK AGAIN because they’re packed busy and their guy is not coming to work. So i just wasted my one day work for NOTHING.

Came in for a simple wheel alignment in 11/2/20. They said they can do a wheel alignment for my vehicle for $70 dollars. After the person was done I took my vehicle off the ramp and drove him. This is when i noticed my vehicle was still pulling to one side. So I came back the next day 11/3/20. The guy said he would fix it. After he he did the wheel alignment for the 2nd time i thought the problem would get fixed. I was wrong. It was worse and my car would not drive straight with out turning my sterring wheel all the way to left. I returned today 11/4/20 for a 3rd time and was told it was a camber that was not letting my vehicle get alignment properly and they did not have the tools to fix the camber. To my knowledge the camber is part of the alignment service. So now i took my car to wheel works up the street and had to pay for another alignment to fix what the this shop couldnt fix. I feel i should get my money back due to the fact that this shop cannot do a complete true wheel alignment. Not all cars need the camber adjusted but i drive a chevy suburban which is required to have the camber adjusted if need. If I do not receive my money back for an incomplete service by this shop I will be taking them to court. They also let me drive off with my steering wheel not driving straight. Very poor service. Watch out for this guys. Yea they have good deals on tires but they shouldnt advertise wheel alignment service if they cannot do a full complete wheel alignment service to all vehicles.

Purchased a rear wheel for my slingshot, it only lasted 5 months. Returned the tire and purchased a new one, different brand and it appears to be pretty good. The problem is they over inflated the tire by 30psi, very dangerous.

How can this place have more than 4 stars? They installed a lift kit on my husbands jeep and it is literally unsafe to drive with zip ties holding breaklines and a ton of missing bolts. They said it would take a day at most to install and 2 weeks and many days lost at work later, its currently at another shop getting proper fixed. The sway bar literally fell off on the freeway going 60mph.. couldve been catastrophic. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY KIND OF SERVICE. THE OWNER IS A JOKE ALSO.

I was driving to San Diego and had my rear tire blow out. I went to this place and Sandip was assisting me. I was having a hard day and he was very helpful with my tire as well as comforting me with his kind words. Small local tire shop but they seem to have everything. The price is more than reasonable and service is better than expected. They also do brake and wheel allignment. The mechanic who was helping me went a distance to help solving my problem with tire pressure sensors.

They dont repair bent rims caused by pot holes in the streets.

Ordered rim for me at top price, then when they finally came I spent 6 hrs plus waiting at the shop. They put me last in line to get wheel alignment even though I been there all morning. I saw so many people come and go i got tired and wanted my money back. Overall bad experience.

Stop in and check these guys out!! They have a lot of rims on hand that you can check out. The guy was even nice enough to carry one of the rims out to my car to show me what it would look up next to my car. Giving the tech a tip; he offered to put my rims on tonight even though they were 5 mins from closing! Another added bonus is they have financing available if you dont want to put the funds out for it right way!!

A lot of these reviews are false or is written by the workers it was 3 unsatisfied customers when I was there and because they were full of customers they was rushing the job on certain cars and just sending them on their way I had to go back 2 different times because of my wheel alignment and they printed out a paper that didn’t show the work they don’t or was supposed to do I went to different shop and they said that shop didn’t tell me anything they didn’t work on anything they just printed a wheel alignment paper and sent me on my way

Tire and Wheel Mart has been great everytime Ive been here. They are busy, but they work hard to get you in and out as quick as possible. The prices are very good also.

I needed, actually wanted, rims for my car. I been there before and just browsed and this time I was ready for purchase. I knew what I wanted and my budget so the guy showed me the type of rims/tires and in my budget. Really helpful with the question I had if I did something else to the car, ex: lower it. After I placed the order I asked if they can be installed in two days and he said yes. It took a week and that is why I gave them 4 stars. I dropped the car off and took less than two hours and it was ready. Now I love my new rims/tires.

I love this place. it is far from my home but its worth the drive. While on my way to work I got a nail my tire I went to two other tire shops and they were too busy to help both giving me quotes of 140 to 170 someone recommended tire and wheel Mart which was about a mile from where I work. They saw it was a thin nail in my tire and recommended a repair rather than a new tire the whole fix cost me less than $30 every. The next day I went back to the shop that it quoted me 170 and ask them if they repair tires that have a nail in it they said yes but you have to ask otherwise Ill just replace the tire if you dont ask. Kumar was an absolute rock star. I was in and out of the shop in 20 minutes with my alignment job. The technician was nice enough to pull me in and show me exactly what is going on and explain what he is going to do. Will definitely visit them moving forward.

Unfairly treated, they said it takes 20 minutes to check and made me park in handicapped parking and after more than 1 hour they said wait 30 minutes more to replace/check a sensor in my car. Very bad experience. Don’t go there during busy hours because they make you wait watch other customers coming after you and get their service done.

This establishment should definitely be a go-to!! The technician who helped me, Kumar, was incredibly knowledgeable about the products offered and very agreeable. He answered all of my questions. As a walk-in, they had my car in and out in no time! Came for a used tire. It was pretty busy so it took a while but they got it done and pretty cheap too. Cant say its the best place I have ever been to but they had the tire size used that the other place I called didnt have.

I went to the shop bought 4 new tires for the free wheel alignment and they rushed me out the place and didn’t fix anything I came back the same day and they rushed me out again didn’t fix a thing and I went to a different shop and they said my bushing of suspicion is old and this place was suppose to tell me but instead they wanted only money for the tires and didn’t do the job that was required

This store has become my all-time favorite tire shop! The employees are very knowledgeable & helpful, . I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in, Alex did a great job and the install team installed balance and did free alignment better price from Costco or American tire its a really good deal.

I had a one-off issue these guys were able to resolve at half the price the dealer quoted me, and they were very accommodating and honest A previous shop lost my wheel bolt key and I needed to remove my rear wheels to complete my rear brake job. The VW stealership wanted to charge me $85 just to remove 3 wheel lug bolts, then another $70 just for 3 new lug bolts. I got red in the face and left the VW dealer, looked on YouTube how to remove wheel lock bolts, went to AutoZone and almost bought $30 in sockets and bits to hammer over or in the wheel lock bolts, none of them worked so I went across the street to Tire&Wheel Mart. The owner Alex said they would try their best but couldnt promise anything... 30 minutes later they had my problem solved and I was back in business, no price haggling, all smiles and a happy customer. Thank you!

I have done Alignment here for corolla. the guys name lukmaan was good, he fixed the alignment after hours but took lot of time as he was fixing 1 other truck so giving the 3 star.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Went in for a wheel alignment came back my rear wheel was sitting at 15 degree angle. They left bolts out had to take somewhere else to get rite.DO NOT GO HERE #GO AT YOUR OWN RISK #My Experience

Just came back from this store. If I could give more stars, I would do it. Great service. Always flexible. Friendly owner and staff. Now here is the main point: His price beat out all stores I checked (his brothers store on Whipple in Union City may be the only exception). NEVER upselling, never pushy. For the record, he beat out even ebay and walmart, on the pricing. I got 2 new Westlake tires (235/45/ZR17) balanced, mounted, rim-repaired, and 4-wheel alignment -- all for $200. I dare you to try that elsewhere. For ref: Ebay: 1 new tire alone - cheapest I found was $65!

My wife and i were in a bit of a rough sitution. we had used are donut after we got a flat tire.some one stole are rim so we called around everywhere and people told us they had only the tire size not the rim after they said they had one. we were really upset then my wife called this place and at first i was sceptic but once we got there and saw how much the people there were willing to help, we were grateful that these guys came through thanks tire and weel mart you guys earned my business.
