I have been bringing my vehicles here for years, regular maintenance and brakes. European and an American car. Greg is professional and honest. I was initially referred by a co worker and glad I was. This is a great shop, Greg is the person I trust with my vehicle and to keep my costs normal.

My Scion xB was misfiring. I researched probable causes on the web and came up with the cause being a bad coil or vacuum leak. Called Gregs, at first he said that the next appointment would be next week, but then asked what the problem was - I gave him what I researched and he said he might be able to squeeze me in, in a couple of days. I dropped off the car when they opened (6a!) and said that if they could not get to it, no problem on my part. Got a call at 9:30a with diagnosis (bad coil), estimate and ETA of 2p. Got another call just after 2p that it was ready to pick up. Car runs great now. I think my dropping the car off 1st thing in the morning helped. Also, that I had done some preliminary troubleshooting. If you call saying Uh, the engine is running funny and that is the only info you can give, they have to schedule a much larger block of time to find and fix the problem. They also can make sure that the parts needed for the fix are available when they have a good idea that the problem is before the car is dropped off.

Gregs Automotive Service has professionally serviced my Jeep. They finish most repairs in a day. Greg contacts me with the estimate and his recommendation for parts within an hour or two of drop off. Prices are standard. I just wish the location was easier to get to in the morning.

Very good experience! The owner, Greg, is a very nice and honest man. I had my car repaired here. When I checked out, I found the actual payment was lower than estimated given (which I accepted already) before. He said because things went smoothly and less labor time was spent. This is the first time Ive ever seen this. Ill definitely use Gregs service again, and strong recommend to others.

Took my Dakota in for what I hoped was a simple transmission repair. Unfortunately the transmission was toast. Greg worked with me to keep the cost reasonable. Ive had Gregs do work on both of our vehicles over the years and theyve always been helpful and efficient.It explains why hes still in business and many others have gone out of business. I have no problem referring this shop to friends and we have done so numerous times.

I dropped my Jeep off at 6:30AM and met. He listened to what I had to say, and said he would send me an email of an estimate for the repairs by 10:00 AM. I have received the email at 10:00 AM showing in detail the repair cost. I responded to Greg by text message, and said it should be done by the early afternoon. I receive a text from him at about 11:50 AM saying it was completed. Greg was very polite, efficient and will do business again in he future.

I went to Gregs AUTOMOTIVE for my 2007 Chevy Silverado (Diesel) check engine light came on . Ended up being thermostats I needed 2 . They upgraded my truck with manufacturers software. I got to bring it home the same day. Prices were cheaper then quoted. Very happy customer 😊😊😊

My room mate has used Gregs Automotive for years, so when I inherited a vehicle I had no problem using Greg for my car. He did a thorough check of the cars vitals, changed the oil and tuned her up. When I expressed I felt there may be an oil leak, he checked it out just to be sure - just residual oil from the oil change. Look forward to using their services as needed.
