Always have good service I am confident they get the job done right every time.

The folks working here are very helpful, courteous and professional. I’d give them five stars but unfortunately they marked on the receipt that they vacuumed the floors of my car when in fact they didn’t. A small complaint to be sure and I believe it was an oversight and I intend to use their services for as long as I can.

The service was great but there were only two people working so it took a while to get through the line. But Im happy with the work and the employees were very nice and knowledgeable.

I pulled in and told the younger gentleman helping me i needed an oil change and the fluids checked because we were leaving town. The young man and i began to discuss a previous oil change done in lancaster california. (Pricing , questioning amount and kind of oil ect.). As we talked the pit guy overheard our conversation and told me that i should not go back to them. The pit guy had noticed several things that were not done properly at the previous oil service which was a jiffy lube. The younger gentleman even went as far as to look up my privious oil change and print me out a copy so i could have record of what they said they had done. He also printed me a copy of what was currently serviced along with that, he made a report about what the privious jiffy lube had either damaged, not serviced, and overcharged me on. He took it one more step and call the jiffy lube in california and talked to one of their employees and in detail explained what they had found. The young gentleman who helped me and the guy in the pit were so friendly. They went above and beyond their job requirments. I am now a loyal customer to this jiffy lube. The younger gentleman whom i cant remember his name was so knowledgable for being a young 22. I highly recommend this business to anyone. 5 stars. Good job guys your the best. Thank you. If there was a way to rate less than 1 star I would have done it. 2 bays, 6 employees. I was next in line when I pulled in, was greeted and told it would be about ten minutes for me to get my service started. After lunch! They left that part out when they said it was going to be just ten minutes, because I sat in my truck for over 45 minutes waiting, since I was next. I literally watched as I saw employee after employee peaked out from behind the building and talk to the one person who actually acted like they were working, but was unable to finish because the guy in the pit was on lunch with the rest of the Crew. Now you may think Im exaggerating, but Im reporting it as I see it. How this place stays in business is beyond me. For I shall not return for round 2.

I went here early morning to have my coolant and oil checked as Im traveling from Washington to Montana and they were so kind to make sure it was all good and fill my tires quickly and no charge. Highly recommend!

Waited nearly an hour for them to finally tell me that it was going to take another 30 minutes before they would take our car back... they could have told that from the beginning so we didnt waste our time. Just not worth the time when I can get the job done faster myself at home... they had at least 4 people working on 2 cars. Bad service...

This location knew nothing about a senior discount, but they did offer $10 off oil change. Told me they vacuumed and washed windows but they didn’t. I specifically drove out of my way to jiffy Lube for senior discount. Supposedly they take first come, first serve. Two customers who came after me were served first and finished way before me.

Many months prior to my recent visit for an oil change Id stopped in to ask about an issue I was having with my car. It was the first time Id been to this particular Jiffy Lube. The employee who helped me took time to not simply examine the problem but he ended up fixing it for me. Initially they were going to charge a small fee but because it took a little longer than originally thought the fee was waved. The quote Id gotten from my regular mechanic just hours before was around $75. Suffice it to say the kind gesture made a huge impression on me. So this time around I opted to come here for my oil change. I was told that this business was under new ownership/management as of about 8 months ago and was within the time frame of my original visit. I will definitely be returning. I appreciate their professionalism and trust that they will continue to provide excellent service. Kindness, taking that extra step, along with good workmanship goes a long way in building a trusted relationship between a business and their customers.

The oil change was great. Kim is a great communicator. However, they recommended a fuel filter change, which I agreed to. 5 minutes later they said they cant due the fuel filter change because I have a fuel line leak and they dont fix those. I didnt have a fuel line leak before but when I took it home that night I had a puddle of fuel on the garage floor. I am 90% sure their tech caused the fuel leak that ended up costing me $305 to repair. Mistakes happen, but I wish they had been honest with me. Now Im out $305, Im sure, because of something they caused and did not take responsibility for. Im open for discussion, but just printing what I believe.

Simply a long wait. Staff standing around waiting for 2 fleet vehicles to have payment approved. Then after waiting I was serviced after a truck that arrived later than I did. Total joke.

Brody and the staff did an incredible job under adverse circumstances. It was well worth the wait, and totally worth the $$$!

New owner. Prices have increased dramatically and Farm Bureau discounts are no longer honored. Car was not vacuumed. Tire pressure was indicated as being low (25#) on invoice but they didnt inflate tire. More money for fewer services. Will likely go elsewhere.

First I asked if the coupons I had were good they said well were an independent so we dont have to honor those.tinder ad said that we could wait in the car if her car wasnt lifted off the ground they said that wasnt true.They had me and my twelve-year-old son waiting at eight by ten lobby with other people. I asked considering kogan and all cant we just wait in the car its not being lifted, they said no.They only had one car in the garage I park on the vacant side , me and my son go wait for a while in the lobby that was too small came outside waited a while nothing was happening it was cold so me and my son left

These guys are great. The only thing I would improve here is efficiency. Very slow at times. Very knowlegable.

Visit and customer service was excellent. The team went far and beyond to assist me, including getting my walker out of my car and into the building. Only complaint I have is no other choices on oil except Pennzoil, in which I refuse to put in my car.

Honest guys over there. Took a company truck in and he told us it still had 42 percent life left and still looked good. We had driven over the 3000 miles on the tag from the last change and he told us he had a problem with the last guy writing 3k on everything and anything. Took a look at all the fluids gave us a new tag and we went on our way free of charge. Have another 2k miles before he said we needed a change.

So as many others I needed an oil change on my Volvo. Being new to IDIHO I used Jeff’s Lube due to using them in my prior state. They were unable to reset my indicator light. Frustrated I called and was informed they didn’t have the equipment to do that for me! REALLY? So why are they in business? Why does Corporate give unqualified people with inappropriate old equipment, licenses to run a business? Why should we trust YOUR name anymore?$126.97 for an oil change! 😳 seriously!

I am 6.5 months pregnant, high risk from Covid and needed an oil change. I chose Jiffy Lube because they advertised an option to stay in your vehicle during service which seemed like a safe option. When I pulled up for service both employees were unmasked, one was coughing, the other was smoking a cigarette in the bay. The coughing one, still unmasked, approached my car quickly and put his hand on the handle to pull my drivers door open, this is before engaging with me in any way. Fortunately my car was locked and he was not able to open my door. When I asked though the closed window if I could do the stay in car option he said no and tried to pull my door open again. I told him I didnt want service and backed my car away, totally unprofessional.

Had to push to use a coupon (should be offered) and then found that a hose was left off causing engine light, 4WD and trac off lights to go off.

I was the last car of the evening. All though they seemed pleasant, they did a terrible job. My tire indicator light and service lights were both on when I arrived and when I left. I came back the next day and they never checked my tires, they were 10 lbs off. I had informed them that evening that I was going on a long trip with my daughter and wanted to be safe. They never washed the windows or vacuumed the car. Afterwards I had wondered if they even put the oil in. I will never return. My diesel pickup oil & lube cost $200.

Service was extremely slow compared to usual. Have used this location for about 10 years. Took almost an hour as there were 2 other vehicles ahead of me. Obviously only one crew was working but no explanation Was made to wait outside with no shade until time to pay for services with no explanation. At time of checking out.. no mention of condition of filters or any other checks. Carpets not vacuumed. And the cashier tried not to accept a $ off coupon sent out by your system reminding of oil change.

I have been with Jiffy Lube for many years and many services. This was the first that the service technician did not show me caps were on secure and go through at the vehicle what was done. Little disappointed but overall, they were quicker than other Jiffy Lubes I have been to. Service was friendly and appropriate.

The girl in charge working at the Jiffy Lube in Hayden Id. Is unprofessional. She was checking my tires and I told her not to because I just left Les Swabb. She said the truck is supposed to have a certain air pressure. I said again I just left Les Swabb for my tires. Sitting in the waiting room I heard her mocking me to another employee in a sarcastic voice “ I just went to Les Swabb!” The other employee commented but I didn’t hear what it was. Very disappointed in the new management. The previous employees were great. I think I will take this commercial account somewhere else.

The name does not specify what kind of service you will receive. Over an hour of waiting, due to not having oil in stock. Then the staff, continually handed out excuses for any question that may have been asked. Very disappointed during my visit, and will not recommend this facility.

I normally stop in at your Sullivan valley location but since moving this jiffy will be my new checkup spot. You’re team was efficient, quick and friendly (nor did they judge my waaay over due oil change😅) Thank you for the smiles and quick and great service!

I’ve gone to Jiffy Lube for years, mostly the Hayden location, recently PF due to moving, but today the Hayden location was phenomenal, Dan and Tyler went above and beyond after the Post Falls location was having some issues and could not provide transmission fluid atm, however on my way to the amazing Hayden location I realized that Post Falls forgot to turn off my service light, lucky Dan and Tyler took care of me quickly and efficiently, I will only go to the Hayden location now. Awesome job as always!

Terrible service. Lack of professionalism. After 20 minutes of standing around and witnessing five employees talking while running one bay for an oil change. I’m no dummy, I know when to walk awayAnd take my money elsewhere

Nice enough but missed 5 grease points on the steering even after told them what needed the most and had to bring it back wich they then missed same ones and over filled all the rest so that gobbs of grease now pooling in spots on my driveway main guy didnt seem to absorb info he was given tech kiddos was nice and apologetic!.

Well, forgot to reset oil life back to 100%. Changed my display setting to French. Oil cap was not tight. And I’m a half qt low on oil.

So I originally gave this a 2-star and decided to leave no review as I was frustrated and Im not a guy whos out to give bad reviews or get anyone in trouble. Ill try save the personal comments and tell as is:So Im in Spokane, about an 45 mins or so away from this location, and I go into a location there to get a fuel filter installed. I had bought it online myself and planned on installing it, but it required a few new tools which honestly at that point its worth it to me to have someone install it rather than spend another $30 on tools. So I get a Jiffy Lube gift card with some Amazon credit I had, as they quoted me $60 to install over the phone I got a $60 gift card and figured Id pay the difference in taxes. I get there, and they Tell me its about $108 after tax, that it was more than $60. okay, well of they can do it that works I suppose. After 45 minutes Im told they dont have the tools, I need to go to a corporate location. I come into this location and I ask them if they can do it when I pull up, offering to give him a quick look as I didnt want to wait in line for nothing. He said Id have to wait and see. Alright, about 45 mins later my vehicle pulls into the shop, approx. 10 mins later they come in to ask me to show them where my fuel filter is. Not very assuring, I have a Honda Accord which, in my experience, is not an obscure car. Sure, the filter is in a different spot than some other vehicles but pretty common all the same. After over 2 hours, the guy comes in saying he cant get it off the bottom hard line and got the top line and bracket off. Fortunately I wasnt offended but he was very unprofessional about it, swearing profusely and honestly not taking any sort of responsibility for it whatsoever, no recommendations, nothing. Literally Youre screwed. Alright, he offers to leave the securing bracket off for the next place I visit, I say no as I want it to be together when I drive, as I wouldnt have time to get it looked at for a few days. Dissatisfied, as I never used my gift card and I wish they would have communicated or kept me updated instead of working on it for hours and saying that they couldnt do it. Yesterday rolls around, and I get it checked at grease monkey, they cant even get the top line off. Apparently Jiffy Lube over torqued it, and it cant be taken off. A local mechanic checked it out as well, and both had told me that due to that, several other parts would need to be removed in order to work on it, and that potentially one or both lines attached would need to be replaced.So now, my situation has gotten considerably worse, and Im just very disappointed. I had no good customer service in either location, no updates as things went on or any sort of assurance, barely any useful info and really just a bummer experience. Some of the employees at this location were pretty friendly, but thats about it.

Been doing business here for almost 10 years. Always courteous and professional.Today I brought in a car that hasnt had an oil change in 9 months but had only a couple of thousand miles since last change. Owner told me not to waste money since todays oils dont deteriorate much with age and my oil looked fine. They checked and topped off all fluids and checked tires. All at no cost.He could have easily changed the oil and charged me $$$.Very impressed with the owners integrity.

Definitely come to this location and avoid the post falls location. The one in post falls has no idea what they are doing. There is a lack of professionalism however i honestly dont care. They fix my small car problems. What more could I ask for? Theres a cute chatty service dude who rings me up. The other day he had an older lady whos card was repeatedly declined..he was as sweet as he could be. I wasnt. Bahahaha

This place has gone so far downhill through time. Takes forever to get a top off. Sat in there waiting for a top off for 30 minutes.I then asked how much oil it needed and he told me it was all good.. Half hour for nothing

Here is a photo of my last review. They were great then! Today I was refused service and treated poorly due to my ignition issue. Apparently you have to drive a 2021 car with absolutely no issues or they will treat you badly and refuse to help you. I almost never give a poor review but was treated like I interrupted them all standing around with no customers. I see why they have no customers at all when you pull up but the one down the street has a very long line waiting. Sad I used to go here all the time. I will never return to this location and make sure others know they have terrible customer service. The new girl at the beginning checking you in was nice and seemed to be trying to do a good job. I dont like to give any negative reviews but it is never ok to treat a customer like they are bothering you when they pull up. I am sad the service at this location has gotten so bad.

Fail!Asked specifically to make sure coolant was full as heater had stopped working.They assured me they had topped it off during the oil change. Since the heater did not resume working I stopped and checked the coolant myself and it was low.Went directly to the parts store and it took a gallon to top it off.This is definitely the place to go if you want a half @$$ job done.

Took our HYUNDIA 2011 in for an oil change. Came home and oil leaking all over garage floor. Went back and asked if they put a new o ring on when serviced or if they tighten the plug. Didnt know. They checked and them checked the cabin filter.showed me a filter with bugs that are not from Seattle area that we just moved from. Said I would change myself.when they replaced mine it was clean not the one they showed me. Took my ford truck in for top off of oil. Kid didnt even know where the dipstick was had to show him. Then used a funnel with a hole in the side running oil over engine. New funnel and missed pouring in in and again over engine. This place doesnt have a clue how to service your car. Will never return nor should you!!!!

I have been going here a couple of years and have had no problems, but let me share one of my daughter recent FB post of her experience. Well thats the last time I go to Jiffy Lube in Hayden. I discovered today my transmission fluid is practically empty and my coolant is low. Seems when I spent nearly $50 on an oil change a month ago they didnt bother to check my fluids let alone top them. When I told the manager, he just shrugged and said they must have been busy.....guess customer service is no longer necessary.9 hours ago

Showed up for an oil change at 4:50. Told they close in 5 minutes. Hours listed everywhere online say they close at 6pm. Dont think Ill waste my time coming back. Hope the owner sees.

I called just a minute ago and asked how much it would be to change oil and top fluids off and the guy mocked me and said fluids topped off?? Then he said basic oil change 39.95 and no fluids topped off. He was basic and uncaring. Called Dave smith and they said 24.95 plus fluid top off and 7/10 point free inspection! This phone call with Jiffy was on 7/12/17 at 3:40 pm. Ill never go there. Too expensive and way to rude like he was going to ME a favor.

My husband took our car in to get an oil change, and they told us they couldnt do it because some bolt had been stripped. This was after we had taken it to the Jiffy Lube in Caldwell Idaho.Both stores said that the other store had made the mistake. No one would fess up to it. We will NEVER take our car there again! We are tell everyone we know as well not to go there. It cost us 60.00 to repair it. Would have been more had they had to replace the oil pan.Jiffy Lube is awful to deal with.Buyer beware!

I didnt even have time to finish my coffeeThe service was so fast that I actually questioned whether or not they completed everything on the signature service checklist, as other locations would take anywhere from 20-30 minutes to finish everything.This location also has a clean bathroom, and free cookies.Unfortunately they dont offer the service for $27 like in spokane, but $45 after tax for an oil change that takes less than 10 minutes is completely worth it.The only reason I dont rate it 5 stars is because the coffee was watered down and they didnt wash my windows.

2nd time I came by over a half hour before close for a conventional oil change and was turned away because of time constraints. Should say “closes at 4:30”
