I called them for a roof repair estimate. When the guy came, he only looked at the ceiling water stain. He gave me a repair estimate without ever going on the roof and then looked majorly annoyed that I had a 15% off any repair coupon which he would not fully honor. It goes without saying that I looked elsewhere for my roof repair.

They steal your money. I paid them $300 down payment for work. Never showed up to do the work and won’t return calls. Every time I get someone on the phone they tell me I need to talk to someone else who isn’t there and to call back. Avoid them!

I had my steps gotten done, and within a two years cement started to fall off. When I called the office, he kept saying he will send out somebody to look at it. That was it. Whenever I try to follow up with him, he used to be very rude and was trying to get me off the phone. I think on my 5th call he disconnect the call. I gave up. I had 5 years of guarantee to fix the problem if I had an issue. You can test this person’s temper by calling him prior hiring him. I will never ever call him. I have decided to put the cement patch work myself.

This company is second to none. I had an emergency siding repair that needed to be fixed due to an upcoming snow storm. A1 Everlast arrived at my house within an hour and the job was completed professionally. After the job, was completed the workers cleaned up and ask me if everything was completed to my liking. I will absolutely use this company again and highly recommend them to everyone.

We contacted 3 contractors and A1 Everlast called back the same day and scheduled a free estimate for the next AM. We had an urgent roof and chimney need and Anthony was there to reassure us and help us with the repair. This company repaired our roof after a tree fell and swiped the side of our home. Already a stressful situation, turned worse with A1. Their customer service and responsiveness was nonexistent after we signed the contract and everything you read in the reviews before mine is accurate. They were just the company that could come out immediately and rain was legitimately leaking into our home. We were overcharged, told we needed additional work on our roof, which multiple other roofers affirmed was inaccurate (this is attempted fraud), and when the work was finally done, since we needed to proceed as the contract was already signed, they installed the incorrect shingles and have since (over a month now) not corrected the issue. Then every time we call the owner to follow up, he says “we stand by our work.” But clearly they do not and I highly recommend NOT using this company. We will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as others have before us.

On 9/11/18 I had David come to my house to clean the gutters and seal all the corners. He showed up on the scheduled appointment day and gave me an estimate, he said he was available to do it right away. He charged me $450.00 and told me that was a special price. After he finished I asked his name, just in case and he wrote it on the receipt with his cell number. In one hour more or less he finished the job. Few days later it rained and all the corners started to leak again. I called him many times and he assured me he was going to come to fix them. Every time the same answer: I will come today or tomorrow... HE NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALL ME BACK!!! My husband told me he overcharged me and yet he didnt even do a good job, even the gutters still had some trapped leaves and dirt. This was my first and also LAST time I use this company.

I became aware of this company as the were doing some masonry work for one pf my neighbors. They did a wonderful job so my we asked for an analysis and estimate of our walkway and steps. Nelson was very thorough and pointed out some things we had not thought of. Their pricing is reasonable and they delivered what they said on time.

As soon as I contacted A1, I was told someone would be by in 30 minutes. Had a Level 2 chimney inspection on my home that showed a a very high cost for repair. A1 (Anthony) performed a Level II inspection with a work est.~40% of the 1st est. Their inspection was prompt and thorough. It proved its worthwhile to have multiple est. from professionals before repairs. Referred to A1 by a friend who was fully satisfied with their work. Unfortunately, A1 was unable to refund the inspection cost when the repairs were made by the buyer. .

A1 Everlast is excellent and I highly recommend them. They were contracted for masonry work, to rebuild front brick steps and chimney, as well as siding work. The jobs were reasonably priced, and they did excellent work.Their representative, Anthony was great to work with. He was very well organized, very attentive, and highly responsive, returning my calls and email same day, often right away, fully answering any question I had. He communicated openly and was very willing to work with me. He was very pleasant to work with, and truly seemed to care to help and provide value. In the end, Anthony also proved to be true to his word.Anthony scheduled the work right away, and they completed the job quickly. It as a massive production… They showed up when they said they would, arrived with three trucks and many workers who worked on various jobs simultaneously/separately to get it all done quickly, with some working on the chimney, others on the front steps, and yet others on the siding. At the end of the day, they needed some more time to allow for the concrete of the front steps to dry, and told me they would need to return the next day to finish-up, and again, they showed up early the next morning to complete the job as they said they would.I was also happy to see Anthony spent the day overseeing all the work and helping to ensure my wishes and their high quality were met. When I arrived, Anthony was right in the mix. Anthony shared many pictures with me as the work progressed which was very helpful. Pat also went by on the second day to help complete the job and helped ensure all was well done.Each day, they removed all debris and left everything in great condition.Neighbors even dropped by to see them in action, and Anthony and A1 Everlast greeted them very kindly and professionally. It was no surprise that the neighbors were as impressed as I was, and requested their contact info for other jobs.I learned during the job that A1 Everlast also recently started installing/replacing windows, and the estimate Anthony supplied was also very reasonable. If I had known sooner, and hadn’t already contracted with another company, I would have certainly asked them to install the new windows too.There were no surprises in the end. The extra touches they threw-in at no extra cost also helped set them apart even further.After the job was done, Anthony and Pat checked to ensure I was fully satisfied. I thank them for a job well done. They are true professionals and I plan to use them again.

I couldnt even get past the initial call. The phone answerer just seemed annoyed to answer the phone, couldnt give me an appt date for an estimate. When you see signs like this up front...dont bother.

Ive used A1 Everlast three times. The first time my realtor recommended them when I was selling my house and I discovered a leak in my roof right after the home inspection. The prospective buyers didnt know about it but I wanted to do the right thing and get it fixed. A1 came the next day after I contacted them and found the source of the leak and made the repair the same day. They happened to have the same shingles in stock. Leak was fixed. The second time was only a few months after I bought my new house. Apparently the leak followed me there. Again, they came the next day to take a look. Tim came and was really nice and made jokes and stuff with my kids. Took his shoes off even, which no one ever does. Came back in a day or two once they got the matching shingle and fixed the leak. Pretty much a week later I found another leak on the other side of the house. Tim came back and fixed that one as well. Ive read all the bad reviews and just didnt have any of those bad experiences. It might be because I was referred by someone in the home business and they wanted to keep that referral in good standing, but the guys that showed up seemed very genuine and you cant fake that for a good review. They also might very well have take the negative reviews to heart and are making good, which I would commend. Anyway, based on my experience I would recommend them for leaky roofing as thats the only type of work Ive witnessed.
