I was in a pinch because most places were already closed and had to do a money transfer. Although it was a few minutes before closing, Adriana helped me with a smile on her face and dedicated all the time I needed to assist me with my transaction. Thank you!

The people there are nice and have a good service but be very careful there are some thieves who come around and take any opportunity to take anything they can. my wife left her wallet for 5min.on the counter and when she went back in it was gone and they did not cooperate with us or the police officer to see the footage from their surveillance cameras be aware

Fast service helpful agents

Service was recently horrible and a waste of time. Theyre now asking for a lot of information that you wont be able to provide immediately, which makes this place useless for a instant payday loan. As for customer service, a lady named Ana visibly enjoyed complicating the situation by purposely calling the wrong phone numbers a few times, after I repeated myself multiple times, slowly. Between that womans customer service and my inability to get a quick loan ( due to new verification measures), 1 star

Customer service is well . However their systems are always Having glitches and I have to wait a long time to get my loan processed .

Quick, professional and I felt safe. Some places have parking that is a distance across a parking lot. Theres might be crowded but I am not afraid to have cash either in or out of the store. Plus it is close to home.

The gentleman named Daniel there is so patient and understanding. There was an issue with my momentum card and he was so patient thorough and professional!!!!!

Well Im from out of town and needed to cash my check. Went to all the places where they supposedly cash checks and told me they couldnt cash it and here they cash it right away without a problem. And the staff is very friendly too
