My family has been using body shop for over 30 years. Andy does excellent work, very professional and courteous to his customers. He has also brought his son Roberto on board who is following right in his father’s foot steps with his up beat personality! Highly recommended!

I drive a 25 year old Volvo that I bought new and love. The clear coat oxidized on the roof hood and trunk lid. I also had a busted front spoiler that is unavailable. I had sourced a used part which was very hard to find and was looking for someone to repair and install it for me. A neighbor recommended Andy and Roberto. They were the fourth shop I had gone too. Immediately I could tell that they were real car guys and got the feeling that they would do a great job on my beloved Volvo. I was quoted a very fair price and based on my gut feeling and my neighbors recommendation I gave them the job. Two weeks later I picked up my car and it looked brand new! Not only did the paint look great but they also restored the roof drip railings and plastic bumper mouldings. The used front spoiler that I had found needed alot more massaging to bring it back to life. Andy and Roberto stuck to the price they quoted me even though the spoiler which they didnt see before they started the job needed much more labor to fix. I would highly reccomend Andy and Roberto they are fair honest and go above and beyond the norm to make their customers happy. Thanks again guys!

A few months ago, I hit a deer on my way to work. It took me weeks to find a body shop. While discussing it at work, a customer suggested this place to me. I took his advice and checked the place out. The owner and his son are very friendly and professional. They thoroughly explained everything that will be done to the car and they took care of the insurance from A-Z. I picked up the car a little less than 2 weeks later and it looked as if I just purchased the car. There are many shops out there who take advantage of people but these people were so friendly and genuine. I wish I can give this 100 stars ⭐️. Great job guys

This shop came highly recommended by some friends- I was extremely frustrated and upset with the accident and while I was waiting for Andy , other ladies that were waiting there too were telling me how Andy has been taking care of their cars for years , and how comfortable they feel dealing with him... I couldn’t agree more !He explained in details the steps needed to be taken and right away I felt at ease.I hope I don’t get in any other accident, but if so he is the guy I will be dealing with .By the way he did a great job on my car !!!

After a very traumatizing accident, hitting a deer, Andy and his son were the bright light at the end of the tunnel. It was my first car accident and I never dealt with an auto body shop/insurance/ and all that fun stuff so that only added to the stress. Andy was calm and reassuring and his son was very professional. They paid very careful attention to every detail of my car and I knew I was in good hands. (I even mention how my windshield wipers get stuck, and Roberto took it upon himself to fix that problem for me) It’s such a wonderful thing to see a father/son run business. My car was fixed in no time. TIP: theres a enterprise car rental right across the street which made it super convenient!! Great experience!

Andy has fixed my family car for many years, as well as my teenagers car. He is always very courteous, very knowledgeable and guides me through all the steps pertaining to the insurance claim. His gentle and respectful demeanor certainly helps me alot during the stress after a car accident. I also love his sons very friendly and personal service.

Mariella Gracis review is EXTREMELY out of line! She must have had a fight with her husband or boss that day and unjustly took it out on Renaissance! My wife and I have been taking all our cars and trucks to them for many years and have nothing but praise for them. My wife and I have both brought in more than our share of fender benders and loose parts over the years. Not once has either of us been treated with anything less than courtesy and professionalism. I appreciate a mechanic/auto body shop who says a car is not worth fixing instead of plowing $3000 or so into a car that is too old to be on the road. Just yesterday he stopped what he was doing to put the passenger side fender trim back on my Juke for no charge. His rates are very reasonable considering that parts and labor are expensive. He is also very willing to work without going through insurance. The insurance company does need to know I just hit a wall in my own driveway! Body work is never cheap. This was at the end of a workday. I will continue taking all my cars and trucks to Renaissance Auto Works.

I would rate it a minus 5!!! Andy the owner REFUSED MY BUSINESS OUT OF DISCRIMINATION.... HE CALLED ME A MISS KNOW IT ALL..., the state needs to shut this place down..Andy and son both should be ashamed of themselves!!! They are Nasty for the verbal abuse and bullying..Said to, Your care is a total loss, and kept repeating even though I told him to stop saying that because I found it offensive he continued BULLYING ME WITH WORDS, THIS CAR IS A TOTAL LOSS AND WHY DID YOU BRING IT HERE... FATHER AND SON ARE NASTY, RUDE AND DISCRIMINATING!!!
