The C&R team worked on my 99 Ford Superduty. They did a full brake job with new rotors, and soft brake lines. They also did Transmission fluid change, both differentials, power steering fluid. 4 new shocks and the steering damper were also replaced. They called and explained what they were going to do and were quick to give quotes along the way. They did not pressure me into buying extra....that was just me trying to get it all done. I have a large camper on top of my truck that is not easily removable but they didn’t mind getting the work done without the lift. The service was not cheap but that is because parts on these trucks are large and expensive as expected. The labor cost seemed fair and they did a great job. They also let me know up front that they didn’t work on diesels as far as engine repairs were concerned which was fine...I only asked for future reference. All and all they were fast and did a great job. I will go back with my other cars.

Got me in right away while I was in the area for a roadtrip and needed an oil change & various other maintenance items. They took a look at my car and called me to inform me about other work that could be done but were not pushy about it and were understanding when I didnt follow through with it. I had just picked up my friend from the airport and gotten on the highway when I started having engine problems, pulled over and searched for the nearest repair shop and found CR Auto Center. I pulled into their lot and expected to be ripped off, but....these guys are legit, honest mechanics that were upfront and transparent on their work. They went out of their way to make sure costs were at a minimal, and gave me great service. Highly recommend CR Auto!

From the friendly greeting to the transparent service and quantity work, you can’t go wrong.I’ve had an oil change here and both air and cabin filters done with no issues on my 2020 Jeep. GCWhen I had my older 2007 Highlander I came here for my transmission issues and they took care of the issues as well as great advise that I was time to let go of the car and invest on a new car.& that’s where they had my business! My morning started out not so great as in Engine Overheated - Idle appearing on my way to work. Luckily Auto Center was right there! I pulled in engine steaming at 8AM by 8:30 Christian had looked at my car, explained the issue , quoted me and let me know they could complete the work that day. I cannot praise them enough for their urgency. Alonzo called at 11:30 to let me know my car was ready to be picked up, yes literally 3 hours later! When I arrived I paid exactly what was quoted, no unnecessary add ons or up-sale attempts.I highly recommend Auto Center 10 out of 5 stars! Wonderful Team over there!!!

The C&R Team are amazing to say the least. I typically prefer to support local businesses and i can say that this is a business that is managed and run like an auto repair businesss should. Kudos to Christian and his staff. I have a variety of cars and there is no job that they havent been able to do. They are very dependable, hard working, always going above and beyond and trustworthy. My husband and I have been customers at CR Auto Center for about 2 years and have been very happy with the professional service and work. Last week I needed to get new brakes on my car and some other minor fixes. They told me to drop the car off any day. So I did at 8am the next day and about 1 hour later it was ready. They made sure to follow the social distancing rules-asked me to pull the car up and to leave the driver’s door open so they could disinfect before they started working. They followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was good with the car. Highly recommend them!

I was driving up from Laguna Beach when my check engine light came on and my car started stalling. My gas pedal wouldn’t accelerate so i decided to find the closest auto center nearby. I hopped off the freeway and took my car into CR and man was i impressed. One of the managers Alonzo, greeted me with a big smile and diagnosed the issue right away. I was tempted to take it to Volkswagen to get it fixed but Alonzo was able to quote me at a much better price! The stafff was incredible, it took an hour to repair and now my car is running good as new. Great job Alonzo and team!

I was helped by Alonzo who kept in contact with me throughout the entire process, being very respectful and helpful answering any questions I had. Pulled up and they took my car right in wasn’t too much waiting time. Came with my AC not working and pulled out with you AC blowing 🥶. Besides my car they also worked on two of my friends car AC system and all three of us rolling with our windows up with the AC blowing🥶🥶🥶 now.
