Bmw dealer overcharged me for a water pump replacement on my bmw 530i, I call this place and the price was reasonable,... I get there and definitely inspired me to leave my car there. The shop must be paying for positive reviews or having friends and family post, because Santos is the opposite of honest and respectful. He will be happy untill you tell him the product failed and need him to honor the warranty.Mr. Santos mocked me and implied Id need to consult with an attorney before hangging up on me. The work done on my car didnt even last a year for the next smog test and costed almost $600, I am in the process of filing a legal complaint against the shop.

They don’t overlook anything, the handful of times I needed their help, they have saved my butt, have always been treated me extremely well and done incredible great work. Auto repair service can be difficult to deal with but I know I can always count on SVT Auto Repair Team, always manage to make my customer experience a strongly positive one.

UPDATE: So I finally had the ability to get my car to a new mechanic. Apparently, the prior mechanic at this location stole my catalytic converter. I was advised to speak to an attorney about this matter. Despite them saying their under new ownership, Id never go here again. As you can see earlier on I posted he was a nice guy the original mechanic, but now I find out I was completely conned. The shell was left in with broken pieces that clogged the car up. They claimed prior mechanic died, idk if anything they are saying is true. Please be cautious with these people. Very disappointing people like this prey on those who need help. When I called they also tried saying they just let guy use the shop, so thats also weird. Dont risk it, its been more expensive than it needed to be. Their reviews may be inflated because Id not be here posting again months later if it was really as amazing as others claim.•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••During these rough times I think its important for people to know that this shop is not the best when it comes to catalytic converter replacement. The job cost me a lot, and did not last a year. They also claim to let people use their shop and provide receipts with their companys name on it that apparently are not part of the shop so watch for that, and confirm who you speak with is actually employed by them. Its unfortunate that the man that originally did my work lost his life to coveid and he was very kind, I believe if he was around hed done whatever he could to help, and I dont think it was his intention to do a job that lasted less than a year. However, these other people seem to be sketchy. 1st call they said find the receipt, 2nd call they said they dont do that type of work, and the man that did it originally didnt really work for them, then they said they changed the name, and purchased the business. If you need real work done do not go to this shop, go somewhere that is willing to back up their work. A more established company. Maybe their only good with their family and friends, idk this is my experience though.

They were not prepared, the main dude didn’t help me out , seems like he was to lazy to take my car and seemed like a forgot about my appointment , also bad communication

SVT is truly the epitome of professionalism. After taking my Toyota Prius to the dealer for routine maintenance and being given a extensive list of repairs of which none were thoroughly explained, I decided to take my car to SVT instead. Not only did Jose explain to me what my car actually needed and what repairs I could wait on but also repairs that the dealer said I needed but I actually didnt need and the reasons why. Not only did he save me money, he also gained my trust by being open and honest on the status of my car. I will definitely be back.
