Was a bit suspicious at first because they were priced considerably lower than everybody else, but boy did we have a great experience. Josh was our service provider, and he could not have been a nicer, more respectful, person! He explained everything in detail, did a fantastic job overall, and we are very pleased! I called Shelton Air Duct Cleaning for an appointment. I had a three hour window on Dec9th 9:45-12:45. I was delighted. At 12:45 there was no technician’s call. I called the office and was told that the person on the other end would talk to his manager and try to get hold of technician and call me back. I tried to get a ball park idea of repair time. An hour later no call back or tech call. I called office again. The phone rang twenty times. Called an hour later and had the same office worker repeat that he would get in touch with manager and try to get technician. By this time I had waited six hours. I have never heard from them even though they have my e mail and phone number. Even if it was an office emergency there should be a communication with me. I have now smelled the dead rat in my ducts for days. Don’t know how they got the good ratings they did that lead me astray. I would never use them. No professional respect at this company.
