TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! They set up several appointments to come meet with us to discuss our project and didn’t show up for any of them and never had the common decency to let us know. We reached out to give them one more chance and they told us that they are so successful that they can’t get to everyone and that we should lose their number. If you value the most basic level of customer service and respect I would avoid this company, they simply don’t get it. It felt like we were dealing with an angry child. Tree contractors are a dime a dozen, don’t waste your time here, it’s simply not worth it.

Made an appointment, Rob showed up on time, I explained what I wanted done. Rob took his time and walked the property and pointed out an additional problem I didnt even notice. He discussed his recommendations,wrote up his quote. I told him to go forward with job. He called me a day later to schedule the work. The guys showed up when promised.Did all the work as promised, took everything away, Cleaned up with rakes and a blower. they actually cleaned up a fallen limb that was not even part of the work I hired them to do. Rob made it very easy for me to get my tree work done. After being let down by my regular tree guy,last summer into fall (yes I waited like a jerk for them to come) leaving me all winter with unsafe trees. Trees Plus Tree Service is my new tree guy and I would use him again. Its great to deal with professional people who get the job done quickly and affordably

They came yesterday and trimmed one tree and cut down two others. One of the trees was very complex as it branched off into two separate very large trunks and went over my entire house. The crew had no issues scaling the tree and cutting it down peice by peice without damaging anything.Their pricing is great also.That night the owner of the company called me to make sure I was satisfied with the work.I would highly recommend!

More like Trees Minus, recommended by a neighbor, heard they were good, wouldnt know. Left work early to meet them for a 5pm appointment made by their receptionist just the day before. They never showed up for the scheduled appointment and didnt even bother to call. Thank you for wasting my time.

They did work for me in the spring after the noreasters, and did a good, if somewhat messy job, but reasonably priced. Called them multiple times after the May storm and finally got an appointment for an estimate on 6/27/18. They never showed up. Called several times more to re-schedule and will NOT return my call. I could NOT recommend this place to anyone, in spite of the decent job they did for me in the spring, which is the ONLY reason Im giving TWO stars and not zero.
