The two gentlemen that arrived to my appt showed up right on time. They were courteous and when we hut a snag in the removal of the AC (was bolted into the framework of the building) they improvised with doing with they can, and was patient while I called maintenance to do their part since the brace was attached to the building.Was a very quick event and glad I used this service, and will in the future

Easy to set up appt, they confirmed date and time the day before. Called day of to let us know they were on the way. CAME ON TIME! the guys were very professional and courteous. FAST! got right to the job, and filled the whole truck. service was WORTH EVERY PENNY. 2nd time using them, I would definitely use again but hopefully will not have to....at least no time soon.

Junk King came to remove a couch from my basement. They were responsive to my original inquiry and quick to schedule an appointment. On the day of pickup, Chris called to let us know that he had a cancellation and could come earlier, which worked out really well for us. The removal process was incredibly quick, and moreover, care was taken to not damage the walls or doorframe. Pricing was incredibly reasonable. Eddie and Ron from Junk Kings performed their tasks with great professional care. They manipulated a very heavy large bulky projection tv down a very narrow staircase with such care as to not case any damage to stairs or walls. Not an easy task. I would certainly use them again if a need arises.

This is my sixth time using Junk King and, as always, the service has been professional, friendly and excellent. Phoning the company today, they did a quick assessment of the amount of items I wanted to get rid off, which then enabled them to send people to immediate take them away.
