As others have said the guy who works up front is extremely rude. If they do something wrong, prepare to be told it is your fault

While in the military, this is where I did MOST of my business when I needed any alterations done for my uniforms. They are reliable, relatively quick, and reasonably priced. They also won’t lose your items like they do on base. (No shade thrown, just getting the truth out there!) *Hopefully the base alterations place has improved over the years.

Needed the dress within a week time frame and it was short noticed. The turn around time was amazing. She made a size 16 dress into a smaller and more fitting dress for me.

Came an hour before closing and had the open sign on. But the door was locked

She provided quality service and worked hard considering my hectic schedule. I brought in my gown for alterations, she had it back to me within a reasonable amount of time (the dress is tricky and I admire her patience to take it on). After fitting it we noticed a few more changes were needed. She had it done and ready for me the next day. She wanted to make sure I had my dress ready! Highly recommend. My dress fits beautifully.

Alteration was to tight and expensive.

They did a wonderful job and got my dress back to me on time

Perlas is the place to go if you need uniform alterations and/or dry cleaning super fast. I had same day service with alterations AND dry cleaning for one of my uniforms for only $30 and they look great!

First time going to Perlas a few days ago, She was very inviting and kind! She helped me figure out everything I needed even with having a hectic schedule.

Insanelu rude. Not perla. But the man working there. Get some manners, dont ask a customer “how would we do that?” You guys do the alterations. Customers shouldnt have to tell you how to do something so basic.

With short notice I had my blues back in under an hour!

I brought in some uniforms and the guy up front asked when I would like them done by and I asked if it could be done by the next day in the evening and he asked me if I was crazy and TOLD me it would be done Friday morning, and angrily scribbled down the ticket and gavr it to me with an attitude. The uniforms were pressed but the pants had double lines, was okay but the guy turned what should have been an okay experience to a bad one.

Guy in the front was rude as hell asked “what do you want” instead of greeting me Long story short I took my stuff to the alterations place by Walmart way better customer service

Precise and accurate service.

Fast, cheap, easy, and polite. Cant beat it.
