I will be completing landscaping work for RKB. I will base my review off how the process went when the services are complete. So far it has went well. The lady handling the communication and work order status is very professional and helpful.

They replaced this 5 foot piece of pvc which was less than 30 minutes but they were here 2 hours and charged me 1380 plus tax so 1499.03.As per Meagan they charged me for 5 hours of work plus supplies and as I said they were here less than 2 hours. They charged me triple and are liars . When I asked for an itemized bill iwas told they would get back to me. They are liars and thieves. Go find your self an honest company. They charged me triple for what the job was worth

We had a disagreement. 10 mins after a negative posting about it, RKB corrected it.An acceptable outcome. Thank you.

I have been working as a vendor for quite a while now for RKB and I am just very impressed with the company. Both the owners and employees are extremely professional and courteous. Any questions or issues I may have are quickly resolved. Not sure what these other vendors are stating, but when the time comes on being paid there are zero issues, RKB is definitely on top of things, They are one of the very few I can speak about in such a matter so overall I would highly recommend RKB to others. - Ed

I have been working for RKB Maintenance Solutions for the last 2 years. I love all of the account managers, coordinators, and owners. They are a great team to work with. In the last (2) years we have had two issues that were resolved quickly. I get paid on a timely manner as I make sure that my invoices and paperwork are submitted on time.  I look fwd to growing with RKB and it’s employees.

Being a business owner there’s always problematic situations that must be dealt with. Recently, I was having some issues with my roll down gate. After having TWO repair companies “fix” the issue, I still had the same problem. Finally, I came across RKB maintenance and gave them a call. Within a few hours a technician was there and fixing the issue. Great company, great people, great pricing. If you want the best, definitely call RKB.

They are an amazing company, Their staff is knowledgeable and very easy to get updates and approvals from. We are happy to be part of their vendor database and will continue to work with them as long as possible.

This place is a joke, if you have to fight to get your money back not good. Waring stay away bad business
