The seller sent me a counterfeit Nikon MB-D18 battery grip. I immediately contacted the seller notifying them of the counterfeit item with details supporting the lack of authenticity. NO RESPONSE from the seller.The photos are of a real MB-D18 battery grip on the let and on top in the two photos. The real grip has a rubber seal on the inner edge, is made from magnesium and has a thick metal internal support. The fake on the right is nearly all plastic.

Terrible company. First, I signed up for their email and text so that I could get a 10% discount on my order. But when I simply went back to change the quantity of the item, after the discount code was applied, it invalidated the discount code and wouldnt let me use another one. I had to call them to get the discount. I placed my order and spelled the street address, but they grossly got the street address wrong and someone several miles from me got the package only to throw out the package thinking it was a past residents. I asked the company to resend me what I ordered, overnight since I had a deadline (Im going out of the country soon and the items are for my trip), at no charge. But instead of owning their error and gladly doing this, they commented that they cant do anything about what the resident did with the package, they cant expedite anything because they use basic USPS, and they cant resend the items for free. They refunded the order instead of sending the items as requested, which delayed when I could reorder the items because I had to wait for the money to post to my bank account (and Im certainly not reordering them through this company), and again Im on a deadline. The supervisors were in a meeting so I was only able to speak to a lead, and even though I requested a supervisor call me back it never happened.Then the company responded below claiming that they always had the correct address for the prior order, even though I called them yesterday and they admitted they had the wrong address. They may have changed the address since, to cover their tracks, but that is not acceptable. On top of that the person who received the package confirmed that it had their address on it, not mine. So I say to the owner admit that you had the wrong address because you can listen to the recordings where the representative did admit that they had the wrong address.

Received a package that I didnt order and it was pills from a company in New York. Box open and I contacted my police department, upon their arrival the pills were gone and only ten left out of 500 tablets. The seal was broken and its currently being investigated. Now I was supposed to receive 4 Lysol sprays and didnt get that today either, I dont trust whats happening and will continue to investigate with the police department, which confiscated the box with the open pills and from the looks of the pills, theyre very potent.I never ordered these pills or paid for it. Very upset by all of this but turned it over to my police department!!

When I received it today I thought it was a joke and had to check to see if this was my address, right company, etc. Absolutely disgusted at what I received. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT DESERVE ONE STAR I purchased a product from pharmapacks through Amazon on 5/30. The product that arrived to my home on 4/1 was not the same product that they advertised on Amazon. I requested a return/refund on 4/1. I received an Email through Amazon that pharampacks had accepted my request. The Email had a return label included which I printed off and attached to the package prior to taking it to the post office on 4/6. I reached out to Amazon on 4/13 because I never received a response from Pharmapacks . Amazon had me send Pharmapacks an Email on 4/13 inquiring when I would receive my refund. I reached out to Amazon again on 4/16 to notify them that I still had not received any correspondence from Pharmapacks. Amazon assured me that the tracking of the returned package showed that it was received back by Pharmapacks on 4/10 and they were not understanding why pharmapacks had not responded to my Email or refunded me. Amazon reached out to Pharmapacks on 4/16 and I received a Email response the same day from Pharmapacks that when they received the merchandise they would refund me. Amazon apologized and refunded my money. When I ordered this product I did not realize that it was through pharmapacks. I thought I was ordering from Amazon. This is actually the second product that I ordered from pharmapacks on Amazon that was not the product they advertised on Amazon. The first time I just threw the product in the trash. Both times they advertised organic health and beauty products that when delivered were cheap counterfeits. I have used the real organic products for at least 10 years through Whole Foods. I was quick to recognize the counterfeit.This company Pharmapacks had 186 complaints to the BBB(better business bureau) over the past 3 years. 11 for advertising/sales, 8 for billing/collection, 90 for delivery issues, and 77 for problem with products and services. They sent me a pack of multivitamins that was 4 months expired! Awful! Dont buy from them or at least check the expiration date as soon as you receive it, otherwise you will lose your money like me. Item didnt arrive within the delivery timeframe that was advertised. Our order consisted of just perfume, which appears genuine and below store price.The savings in price did not justify being left in the dark about my orders delay or the lack of correspondence from customer service.Their customer service didnt respond to emails, or notify us of any delays. It took until the scheduled day of delivery (a week after the order was placed) for a tracking number for the item to be published. Upon searching the tracking number we found they hadnt even shipped the item until the day after it was supposed to have arrived.The perfume was a birthday present, and should have arrived days before the date, but instead arrived half a week late.

Interestingly enough I ordered something off of Amazon they happened to be the sellers. The package arrives and the box is empty. I called during the hours they say are business hours and after being on hold for 15 minutes the operator states. “ Thank you for calling Pharmapacks, even though we are currently closed we value your call. Please call during normal business hours.” Uuuh weird. I was just looking to get a refund, considering I didn’t get what I paid for. Hopefully they respond via email.** UPDATE They sent out another order, after I requested a refund and planned on sending the empty box back. The package arrived today and the box was not empty this time. Thank you!

I have been ordering weekly for the past 6 weeks large quantities of beauty products for resale their prices can’t be beat and always arrives on date they say well packaged my only problem was very minor I do order large quantities of the same item and a couple of times I have been shorted 1 or 2 items customer service is easy to deal with and reships the missing items quickly. I will continue to purchase here and recommend to my friends.

So I order the bundle of the 3 Kenneth Coles perfume . The white . The reaction and the black one . The black one only came it was spilled on in the box I contacted them but they have yet to respond back to me the total was 29$ but I only received one 🧍🏽‍♀️.

I learned about Pharmapacks through Airbnb. I have to clean and sanitize my home between stays. I was running really low on Lysol spray and Lysol wipes due to Covid 19. Im thankful to have their products available to me. They also shipped them free of charge and in a timely manner.

Ive made several purchases directly from this company, as well as on eBay and Amazon. Never had a problem. Good value and quick shipping.

Placed an order through Walmart.com for a product from Pharmapack. Their promised delivery date was ten days after the order was placed. When I checked on the order status that day, the order had not even been filled yet. I received no notification of a delay, and no response to my message. Terrible customer service. Ive had to complain to Walmart and ask them to process a refund. When I checked out their profile on the BBB website, I was not really surprised to see the customer reviews.

They have very high prices on Walmart.com, much higher than the average suggested retail price at any normally priced store. I never buy from them. I can tell from reading some of these five star reviews, that most likely it is someone who works for them is writing these five star reviews.

I was charged more than double the cost of the items compared to regular store prices (shipping was supposedly free). I cancelled my order when I realized the cost. Conveniently within 30 minutes of requesting the cancellation, I received an email stating the order had been shipped.

I received my order very quickly and was very pleased!

Ordered items back in March and received itoit a month later which is fine because I understand due to the Covid crisis. However,e several items were missing that I paid for and even though I have emailed their customercare twice about the missing items, I have yet to receive a response. I tried calling also but their phone number literally says theyre only accepting emails. It has now been over a month since the first email was sent and zero response in receiving a refund for the items I never received. Horrible customer service when all other companies seem to be functioning pretty normal at this point.

Amazing this company is still in business. Ordered replacement rollers for a Pedi Perfect and received a complete new Pedi Perfect instead. While we appreciate the brand new unit worth 5 times what we ordered and paid for, we still dont have the needed rollers. All attempts to contact Pharmapacks via phone and email have gone unanswered.

The most inconsiderate business I have ever experienced as their Islandia facility at 1516 Motor Parkway has been disturbing the area peace for over two years with a external siren alarm that goes off only in the middle of the night several times for up to a half-hour. They have been told repeatedly but refuse to disconnect the external alarm system that serves no purpose expect to grossly disturb the area peace.

Way over priced. Save your money, go elsewhere. Beware, they sell on Amazon at obnoxious prices too.

Ordered from pharmapacks back on April 6, 2020. Never received updates on the products we ordered even after emailing the company multiple times. Eventually opened a dispute with PayPal, that is ongoing, and magically our product was shipped. Received it today May 6, 2020 and they didnt even ship the entire order. I have still not received a followup email to my refund request for my entire order or a partial refund for the items not shipped. I will never order from this company again and will continue to dispute these issues until I am made whole. Would rate lower if I could.

Pharmapacks are thieves and they should be brought up on charges or put out of business for price gouging during a pandemic. They charged $14 for a $5 can of Lysol. They also take your money and then will not send your merchandise. I ordered 3 separate orders from them on April 4 and on May 2nd and I still dont have any of the merchandise, yet they took my money the day I placed the order. Purchased an item from their website at a really good price but they tried to charge me an extra $15 for shipping when my item was within their parameters of free shipping. Bait and switch vendor. Showed photo of regular, unscented product on Amazon and then shipped scented product. Set up NO RETURN policy on Amazon, unheard of. Then claimed that while photo didnt match product description, text did. Bait and switch. Show photo of one item, put description of a different item in fine print and then refuse to switch out product. I dont want refund, just product as per photo. Company refuses. Scammers. Worst ecommerce company I ever purchased from. They took money for items which were out of stock from last many weeks. Even after multiple followups they did not mention the items were out of stock and kepy saying the items will be sipped soon. Unfortunately these were medicines these were medicine for infant. #Pharmapacks IS A SCAM. I’ve made a purchase on 3/29 of 9 items. theyve charged me for shipping (read the fine print). then on 4/7 i received an e-mail that my part of my order has been canceled (4/7 1:35 PM), without any detail as to which items are left. I’ve sent numerous email and sent numerous Facebook messages. finally received a response via facebook on 4/7 at 3PM that only 1 out 9 items is available. so I’ve asked them to cancel my who order - via email (3:27PM) and facebook (3:05PM), he facebook message was read... another facebook message was sent on 4/8 at 8am, which was read as well. today (4/8) i get an email at 12PM - your items shave been shipped. the shipping label was created items were shipped out at 4/8 - 11AM. I’ve made numerous requests for a cancel order and refund. they do not answer their phones. they dont answer emails. they are selling products that are not available. shipped me a can of lysol for $4 and charged $21 for shipping. SCAM ARTISTS. FRAUD. STAY AWAY!!!!! #Pharmapacks IS A SCAM.

I ordered soap from them on Ebay. They said product was in stock. They have yet to ship my soap its been 5 days. I messaged them twice, no common courtesy to respond to my messages or refund my money if items are not available. Also price gouging and what appears to be a scam. I will be reporting them to Ebay, PayPal, and the Better Business Bureau, not good business. Be careful when ordering from these people.
