Had a pretty poor experience talking with service tech at the store and whoever runs the Facebook page. Wanted ceramic tint put on my vehicle and was told via Facebook this was available. So I went to schedule an appointment at the store and was told they don’t offer anything higher than 35 in ceramic. Wanted 50 on the windshield so it wouldn’t be too hard to see out of but still get the benefits of ceramic. When I contacted the Facebook page to inform them what they shop said, I was told some customers aren’t meant to be. I tried explaining that they may want to communicate with the shop better so there’s no confusion on what they have to offer. Once I explained that I got a one word response of “noted”.

Wish I could leave no stars. Lint everywhere, which isn’t even why I’m leaving the review. The real problem is, apparently someone set a tool down on the dash of my brand new car and left a big scratch. Seriously not even 200 miles on the car and now have an eye sore that infuriates me every time I see it.Edit* I may have exaggerated a little, my car actually had about 220 miles on it.

It was easy to make an appointment, they didnt keep me waiting when I got there, the job was done quickly and beautifully and the price was right .They had great customer service and did a fantastic job on my window tint. Thanks SPF Window Tinting!

My latest experience with SPF was disappointing to say the least. When the less- than-stellar results brought me back to seek corrective measures, the jock from the back bristled up and blamed it in the windshield! My gracious, just own up to a not-so-good job and offer to fix it. But, not so. Dont believe it when they say they are the best.

This is my second vehicle tinted by SPF and they do an amazing job every time. My appointment was prompt and the work done quickly. The pricing is great for the quality of the tint and the professionalism of the staff. They have also solar tinted one of my businesses and provided assistance on old windows in another. 5 star work every time.

Talk to the owner. Buff dude. John or Benjamin. They are the Only friendly people there. The other two will charge you to much.Im editing this. I spent $700 on initial tint thats not any replacement. Had some old tint removed. This is why I wanted it perfect. Skinny red head dude with the glasses is a jerk but they do top notch work. The other guys give an actual warranty to your tint. Its got to be something major for spf to re do your tint. The other guys got it to wet in my car and almost shorted out the radio. Theres some things that could be done better customer service wise but they do top notch work. The normal bubbles that usually go away after a day are still there on the 3rd going on 4th day from the other guys. Bottom line I recommend these guys over other people.Dont be a newbie like me. Get them to explain what you want. Because I was wanting to get the blacked out look. I had gotten 55% on windshield but wanted 35% because I wanted it darker and when I asked about a little discount on the removal The skinny red head guy with glasses spouted off I can get the car redone as much as I want in a tone talking down to me. He acts like he owns the place. In reality I had a.side glass redone because I ripped the tint with my key. I just had came back a few times with what I thought were problem. So dont do that. Some will get mad. Some. will be cool.

I’m super amazed !! I paid for a service and asked a question about the outcome. To my amazement the police were called, like wow ...I have illegal tint and no questions asked .....but I have your card and name ! My point was I had damage to my car, owner, shop worker, asked for pic of car prior to purchase, which is crazy due to you accepting car prior to tint. I paid 400 cash, had you sign a receipt ! See you in small claims court !

Residential Tint:Joe is truly AWESOME!!! This guy came to our home and did an exceptional job with a smile. He is hilarious though...a true comedian! Although this was their 1st time meeting, he and my husband talked the entire time as if they grew up together! He tinted a huge arched, 12-pane front window and installed opaque film on our front and back doors. I will definitely be using their service for my car windows! SIDE NOTE: Joe deserves a raise for his phenomenal service...he did a great job and was very fast and efficient! Thanks Joe!!!

I emailed and got a price to put 3M Crystalline window film on all windows and they had the best price. Then I called and made an appointment. I arrived on time and they were ready for me when I got there. They took the time to discuss and show me what I was getting and what it would do to keep my car cooler when sitting in the sun. They were very professional in their work and provided a fantastic end result. I am extremely pleased with the quality of their work and their service. Thanks guys.

Just wanted to give a “shout out” to SPF Window Tinting of Hattiesburg. I tried my best to get two places in Laurel to tint my truck. They wouldn’t return my phone calls or not answer them my phone calls. SPF Window Tinting was professional from the moment they answered the phone until I pulled off in my truck with tinted windows. They scheduled me a 3pm appointment the same day I called and I pulled off at 4pm. Skip other window tinting places and just go to the professionals at SPF Window Tinting.

Tinting is like a paint job. Its such a big change that it looks perfect until a few months later and you start to notice all the blemishes and flaws. Ive waited several months to write this review because I wanted to see any problems that I might not have noticed at first. I can’t find any flaws. Thats next-level attention to detail. Months later and there isnt one place around the edge that is curling; it still looks perfect. Ive seen a lot of bad tint jobs, but very few that were this good.The crew at SPF was knowledgable about their products and used the perfect film to match my pre-existing factory tint, and they were done with my truck before they said theyd be. Couldnt be any happier. You might find someone wholl do a cheaper job, but you will not find anyone who will do a better job!

Wasn’t really happy with the outcome of my products. They don’t back up their products like many other companies do. The work is not of the upmost quality. I would look elsewhere before shopping here.

The place is nice and clean and I was amazed of how good of a job they did with my windows no big gaps and clean lines all the way across. Its a bit pricey but well worth it, quality is great.

I was referred to SPF by several friends and knew one of their employees from attending USM. All of the guys working were extremely nice and helpful. They even have a waiting room with free wifi and a flat screen tv to watch cable while you wait. I wasnt sure about a windshield strip and they took the time to show me how it would look on my car and let me decide how far down I wanted it to go. The tint and job itself is very high quality and they explained the lifetime warranty the 3M film comes with. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend anyone to SPF. Definitely worth the cost.
