You must search for every item. The constant walking up and down causes a numbness that borders on profound despair. Your conscious mind registers merely annoyance, impatience. But on a cellular level, your body cries out in weariness. The fatigue you feel is a warning: millions of years of evolution trying to save you from becoming mired in the tar, from sinking into the warm blackness and ultimately being reclaimed by the earth itself.Be sure to get their croissants, they are right at the edge of baked goods.

Enjoy shopping at Sams Club Hattiesburg because of the nice wide isles, cleanliness, products in stock and above all the friendliness of the staff who are most help full. I suggest the packing staff of the fruit could be a little less aggressive when they stock the Isles as this is an expensive commodity. Invariably there is at least one rotten fruit in a bag which is quite annoying!

Sams was clean and they actually had employees out on the floor to help you find items people were looking for. Store was clean and actually had signs up. Few things did not have signs that I ran acrossBut employees were all wearing smiles and checker at the door was friendly.

I ordered online and did curbside pickup. The process was seamless, economical and efficient and I was surprised by a little lagniappe bag with a few goodies inside. I will definitely do this again.

Love shopping there their chicken pot pie is the best.

The place is great but the cell phone people cant do their job to save their life. I cant tell how many people come in with a horror story about their number not switching, being lied to about the price of a phone or a fake promotion, fake temporary numbers that are just new numbers and they lie to customers about anything to get a sale, please dont get your phones here we are tired of cleaning up their mess, just come see us at the real phone store, theres one of every store here all by the mall and sams.

I luv Sams, however they dont have my Birdseye frozen broccoli, cauliflower or the California Style Broccoli, cauliflower, and frozen mix in the big bags or my onion rings in a box either or my seafood salad or Prices pimento spread in the 1lb container. I guess I will start shopping somewhere else for these items!

I used to love Sams Club bcuz I was able to buy quantity for the cheap!!! Now, I just go to Sams Club, and keep my emotions bottled up, bcuz the prices have skyrocketed and its ridiculous!!! The people who owns the store should know that the people in Mississippi dont make nor have a lot of money!!! I dont know what makes them think we do!!! I bought some cooking oil for $27 and the very next week the price went up to $39!!!(WTH!?!?) Stuff I bought a week ago have went WAAAY up this week!!! Were struggling financially due to the pandemic, but the store owners are going up on the merchandise as if things are great in the world!!! Come on store owners, have mercy on the peoples financial lives, bcuz we Dont Have The Money Like you Think we do!!!

Used Scan & Go for the first time. It is AWESOME!! Super busy today with long check out lanes. When we finished shopping we simply checked out on my phone and showed the person working exit door.

I went on a Sunday and it was pretty crowded but not too bad. I was able to self-checkout without having to wait.

Get some cashiers. Starting to feel more and more like Wal Mart, and we all that that sucks. Store is clean, but it can take longer to check out than shop. We really need a Costco here.

If youre going on a weekend, expect long checkout lines and waits. Most days, though, its pretty quick. Be aware: customer service is hit and miss. Some associates will help, but there are some... Well, not so much.

Stopped to get gas and use bathroom, bathrooms were disgusting worst Sams Club we have been in, Soda Fountain machine not working so could not get a fountain soda, tried to get a Four Berry Sunday but was told that machine broken as well, very poor store, Sams Corp be aware.

It was my very first time in Sams and I was shocked at how much stuff they had! It was a great experience and I cant wait to go back.

At first it WAS a good place to work until I finally saw what was really going on there in the bakery. The manager had POOR management skills, the supervisor under her as well. They would let the phone ring and ring. They cared for “friends” than a actual good workers. They UNFAIRLY terminated me due to “he say, she say” with no valid evidence of anything. The bakery doesn’t allow you to express your vision on YOUR cake that you are paying for, which is pretty crazy in my opinion. Wouldn’t recommend this one.. Walmart is better.

Came late I was forced to go to FedEx for pickup and it was the wrong color. I returned it after waiting 4 plus hours in my local sams club. I was sent a replacement and charged a second time which made my account overdraft and because it was an unemployment card this was drastic and I returned to work so Im no longer receiving unemployment benefits. When I returned the replacement that I was charged for I was told that I would have to wait 3-5 business days for the back office to process my refund I informed them several times that I cant access the account and I would rather a giftcard.Ive been given so many lies I would have never left the sectional in the store had I known I would not receive my refund his time it was the right color but I have already brought a sectional locally, my local club has been and continues to offer all the assistance they can but because its an samsclub.com order they are limited. Yesterday I was contacted by the 4th person from samsclub.com and the 2nd manager and lied too yet again April didnt call back, Rey didnt, Jabez was the rudest manager on the escalations team yet, Brian personal experience and a liar no call backs I have missed time from. Work and its almost a full 30 days since this issue started. Yhe most Non service, unhelpful and unknolwedgible group of people I have ever encountered

The store is absolutely awesome and I love shopping here. What I did not understand was why in the mist of a pandemic would they remove the sanitizing stations that they have always had. Doesnt make a bit of sense.

Although going to Sams is a bit if a drive for us, we love going there. The Tire & Battery department has an excellent tire selection with great prices. The prices of the food and miscellaneous sections are fairly comparable (maybe a little cheaper on a few items). I often get frustrated because the variety isnt as wide as I would like.

Was surprised at the overcrowding!! They were under stocked. I went to the restroom. The filthiest bathroom I had been in since pandemic started. Must do better.

The girl at the food court had an attitude, very short and rude with my wife. Like she didnt want to wait on people and it was inconvenience for her. Its sad because I love shopping at Sams.

Fast and easy to purchase items. The store is experiencing shortages due to the pandemic, but there was still a good selection of meats. Hand soap is still scarce as is regular wheat bread. These shortages will probably be resolved as government restrictions ease.

Sam Hattiesburg ms a great place to shop. My only problem is I spend to much money cause they have a large variety of items. Best place to but every day clothes at a great price.

They had plenty of merchandise and groceries. They were fully stocked and not out of anything that i needed. Very pleased.

An older employee almost ran my wife over as she was walking towards the end of the aisle. She was walking towards the end when he grabbed his flatbed buggyand decided to pull it in front of her path without saying a word. Not a sorry or excuse me I of course glared at him after this. Cashier did not great us or ask us about our visit.
