My rating refers to the person who we dealt with during our rental. She was uninterested and made us feel uncomfortable when we were asking questions and comparing pricing of trailers/trucks to rent. Worst storage OF MY LIFE. Rats destroyed some of my belongings and there was NO FOOD BEING STORED. Water damage to the back wall on my furniture. I had to sweep the huge puddle of water in front of my storage myself because the staff is too lazy. So disappointed considering how much money this business makes and how much money theyve gotten from me the past 10 years. I hate Uhaul. I hate Mississippi.

Last weekend I called Uhaul to refill a tank, the Broadway store refused to fill my tank, and pointed to a sign on the door. After being turned away I headed to Uhaul on 7th Street. And it was an incredible experience. The young man was pleasant and courteous. He got my tank filled in no time and got me on my way.
