New to Hattiesburg, this was the pool service that the previous owner used and we preferred to follow suit...the pool always looked nice..and that is why they got 3 stars..the service is why they also got 3 stars.I had 3 phone calls to this company in regard to times that our pool attendant would or would not show up. I even had a conversation with our attendant and he offered up a date and timeline so I would at least have some timeline of consistency for courtesy.he said he had 16 pools on his routes. Understanding that weather can deter the best intentions, in 4 dates we had 1 that was based on our agreement and only 1 change could be due to weather. I called the company to ask if it was simply to be expected that the pool guy could alter and show up at randomI even asked if this was normal given that I was new to the south...I do not understand not being given a call, text or some type of communication that a male person is going to show up on your yard unannounced and without courtesy of a contact. I explained that we use the pool often and it would be uncomfortable to have someone just show up if we were all in the pool.I was told. we may not be the service for you....no apology, no act of kindness in explanation.....and this was also after there was a random time that he showed up, put my hose in the pool and I showed up after work to a pool overflowing....I had not been contacted to even know someone was showing up let alone that there was water left on at my home.Our pool looked nice and clean. Im just not comfortable with people changing schedules, and randomly showing up ..I simply asked for some form of contact. Im glad that this company has plenty of business...to negate the simplest of courtesies. In a time when many businesses have closed ..It is good to have customers!!Through Hattiesburg connect I did find a pool company who is willing to let me know when change is necessary by a simple text...and as a woman I am thankful.

They have helped us a lot with our pool liner. Friendly and showed up on time evertime they told me they would be there. After I had a bad experience with graham pool service. Never called are kept me updated . They would show up and if I wasnt home had to reschedule me way off down the list all over again . And the people in the office would be we will get some one to call u then never hear from them and then when I call and Im upset they dont like it cause I am being rude well there rude and lie I would never recommend anyone to use them.

Best and only full service pool maintenance company in the Pine Belt. Not cheap, but when theyre taking care of your pool, all you have to do is swim.
