Employees are very rude! I I had a previous experience before of the employees being rude and haven’t been here in years but I decided to give them another shot but that was a big mistake! Me and my family will never go back here! They don’t even deserve 1 star

Very rude associates, however, the store was stocked and had what I needed. Made a purchase, but will not be shopping there again. Ill take my business to another Dollar Tree in the area.

This store was super clean and well stocked I found almost everything on my list and of course a few things that were not on my list. 😉

Websites said they close at 8pm and my daughter went in at 7:30 and they cashier told her they were closing in 2 minutes!! Poor customer service!! Put a sign on the door it is not the customers fault for short staff when the sign on the door says you close at 8:00 pm!

I found everything I wanted at that time. Lots of good items for making crafts with the kids. Thanks ☺️

Store was in reasonably good shape... Everything was right where you could find it... The staff was both helpful and friendly... Highly recommend going to Dollar Tree

Every time I have been in here, it has been filthy. 60% of the store has nothing on the shelves there are boxes everywhere, and today the place smelled like there was a dead animal in there. I truly dont understand how the place stays open. It is worth driving to the other side of town to go the other one.

It is MANDATORY to wear a mask, you can Not come in without one on. Large, chubby male rudely told me.

This store reeks of a chemical urine smell. Worse than this, the manager is very unprofessional and extremely rude person! Our family won’t be back.

Everything is a dollar! LolSeriously though they have the cutest little tins right now that you can put homemade candy in. Perfect for me for the holidays. Lots of stocking stuffer ideas too!Some aisles were a little under stocked but overall good experience.

This store has definitely gone down. I use to drive all the way from Columbia to Hattiesburg and this place was EMPTY when I went today. Very disappointing.

When this store first opened, it was dirty and the employees did not care. It pleases me to say this store has done a complete turnaround. The store is always well stocked and manned by friendly people. I wont say that it is always clean because a store this heavily stocked is almost impossible to keep clean all the time, but it is much better than the 49 store.

I come to this dollar tree frequently whenever Im out and about in Hattiesburg and usually have no problems.. But today as Im walking in one of the employees with the nappy hair (fro) nearly ran me over with one of the carts... No excuse me no thing... She rolled her eyes at me and proceeded to act like I wasnt there. I will not be coming back to this one no time soom until something is done.. I usually dont do reviews.. But this needed to be done.. Because this is unacceptable.

Best prices around and usually find some cool stuff!

Well it would have been great if there was some buggies, I had to carry a basket with my hurt shoulder and didnt have anything to carry my purse and to lean on walking on a bad knee. Its the worse experience I have had in that dollar tree.

The workers here are great and accommodating. Theyre patient and engaging. I go here often to fill balloons and theyre the best place in town for the price.

Seems our dollar tree stores are the last ones to get in New merchandise. Its really disheartening when you want to make something or you need more of something from dollar tree to finish a project and there is no more of the product and no guarantee they will get more. Some DT stores look like a hurricane has been through them. We have 3 not too far from my home and only 1 of those doesnt look destroyed. Laurel Mississippi Dollar Tree needs to close. That is the worst one I have ever been in. Many people I know also refuse to go to that location because of the stores condition. I love a good clean dollar tree where workers try to keep stock on the shelves instead of in the boxes blocking the isles, creating a safety hazard. Also...dollar tree stores are not cool enough to shop in comfort. It is hot in most dollar tree stores and can get terribly uncomfortable for those who shop for long periods of time. Lastly, my favorite DT store to shop for hours in is in Richland, Mississippi. The clean, usually box free isles are a pleasant place to shop, and it is evident that the employees try to maintain the store and merchandise. Just make sure to grab a sales paper on the way in...it will most likely be hot in there!

Very rude to customers

Store is always ransacked looking. The cashier was very nice the last time I shopped here. They are usually very unpleasant.

Store is always clean. Staff is usually helpful. Freezer cases are usually will stocked. Only downfall, long lines tend to accumulate when not enough cashiers are at the front.

I am very happy with dollar tree...the frozen food department is great, I find most everything I need .Great store ,I am on a fixed income,a senior and I eat healthy shopping here

The store was cluttered freight in the isle the checkout line was wrapped around the store with one cashier, people were upset because the wait was worst than walmart, the shelves were not stocked, overall not a good place to shop,

Called the other day about glasses to pick up and associate tells me stock boy wasnt here so she couldnt get them for me. Never will i put faith in them again
