Im very happy with the professionalism displayed here. During my 1st visit I was tested, given the results, given options and then we ordered the proper hearing aid for me and my budget. All my questions were answered. I never had a doubt to their intentions. I trust they are doing their best to treat my conditions. I never felt like I was being up sold.I will update this review after my fitting to report on the quality of the product and the intentions with the staff.So far its been a great experience. I strongly recommend that you visit them.Thanks

This place is amazing. Everyone is so kind and friendly. Dr. Pace fit my husband with hearing aids and changed our lives. Until my husband got his hearing aids, he didn’t even realize all sounds he had been missing. Dr. Pace made sure he understood everything necessary about the hearing aids and followed up with him to make sure he was confident in using them properly. Absolutely the best!!!

I have worked with Dr. McLain as well as Dr. Mundinger for years. Both are very professional and caring. This clinic wants their patients to get the best outcome possible with their hearing aids. They use quality products and they dont cut corners in their standard of care. This office not only has caring staff but they are also up to date on the latest technology.

The owner is very rude and condescending towards everyone, patients and staff alike. I’d heard of her reputation around town and she certainly lives up to it. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone.

Amazing doctor and wonderful staff!

I recently had a QTC appointment with Advanced hearing in Hattiesburg. When I went to sign in, I was greeted by doctor Mault with a condescending look and a scoff. I was very uncomfortable during the entire examination as Doctor malt was very objective and condescending. I would like to note that I have heard nothing but great things about the rest of the advanced hearing staff and this may just be an isolated incident. I am writing this review in hopes that someone from the advanced hearing team will see this and address the issue with dr. Mault so this does not happen to any other veterans.
