This used to be a good place to get a haircut. Now the staff is rude. I booked a 2:00 appointment online, when I walked in for my appointment I was informed that now you just wait in the parking lot until they call you. No problem, thats understandable. I them told them I wanted to use the restroom before my haircut. They told me they dont have a restroom for customers anymore. Thats right, they wont let paying customers use their restroom anymore and they tell you that you can use the one at the laundromat next door. You shouldnt tell your customers to go use a facility that doesnt belong to you. Also I didnt get a call to be seated for my haircut until 2:48 for that 2:00 appointment! By the time they called I was already seated getting a haircut next door at Smart Styles. Supercuts has a long way to go to before earning my business back.

My 15 month old grandson got his first haircut here. They were very nice. The wait was about 45 minutes as a walk in. You cant wait inside right now (1/24/21) due to covid. The store appeared to be clean. The lady who cut my grandsons hair was very nice and accommodating. Its a little uneven on the sides but that is to be expected with a 15 month old who wouldnt sit still. Overall pleased with the experience. The only complaint I have is I cant find my Kendra products!! 😓

The customer service is great as far as being friendly and on time but my hair is 1/3 of the length I asked for. I showed a picture of my hair a year ago and the length and I got almost a buzz cut. I can’t even style my hair it’s to short. The way I wanted it was literally 3x longer than it is now. She never wet my hair she cut it dry. I feel like the level of profession is just at the bottom. I am now ashamed to show my hair until it grows back.

I stopped in today for a trim. I walked in to see one stylist with a customer in a chair and that customer was the only one in there. The stylist called for someone else. Another stylist came out of the back. She asked what I needed and told me it would be a few minutes. I told her that was fine. She then said it will be a little while because there were 4 people ahead of me. There were no one else there, no one standing outside, the second stylist had no customer with her. I looked around the salon again thinking I may have overlooked someone and still no one but the one customer. This is the 2nd super cuts I have visited, both in different states, and had issues with both. I will not be using this company again.

I booked a haircut for 5:30PM. I got there at 5:15PM to check in and was asked to wait outside and to wait for them to call me for when they were readyThey called me when I was 3 minutes away at 5:25. I was planning on making it back a few minutes early before 5:30.On the call they told me 3 minutes was too long of a wait and my appointment was cancelled. You just lost a customerIll be driving the 5 minutes more to SportsClips from now on

I came in on a busy Saturday and they were very efficient in pulling myself and other customers back. Santana did a wonderful job cutting my hair as well! Most places have you waiting around at least an hour for a simple hair cut, but not this place. Thanks!

After I got home n checked out my haircut it was a Disaster. My long hair was partially short n the now my line is higher on 1 side than the other. Worst experience ever. Glad to hear that the haircut I paid for for a gentleman Im glad he was Happy

Havent been here in a few years but today it was very good. Katie, our stylist, was efficient and very friendly. She preformed effectively and courteously. She made my husband feel at ease. That meant a lot. Well be back.

The service was fast because I checked in online. The stylists were friendly. Not the best trim I ever had. I guess the young lady was new and wasnt sure about black hair. I had to tell her to not be afraid to comb it. Lol

Went right after school to get sons haircut and was no wait. The lady did a good job on his hair. She was very nice and chatted to both my children even though they were simultaneously talking to her! Lol, she hung in there though!

The stylist didn’t know how to cut my daughter’s curly hair and cut it way too short. My daughter is so upset about how short it is. Will not go back.

I called and asked if I needed to make appointment or walk in. They said walk in. I go to shop and they asked name and phone number and go outside and wait for call. Waited in car for 30 minutes and called inside. Only receptionist and one stylist. Ask if they were short handed and they said no. Was not greeted. Barely asked how I wanted it cut. Did not offer towel. Did not offer thank you for business. Had to return home and family asked what happened to my hair. Had to recut hair due to different lengths. Never have this type of experience at this location before. Been going there for years. Maybe new owners? I left no tip due to my experience. Always did before, their loss..

I come everytime to have my hair cut. From my personal experience Donna is the one I wait for to have my hair cut by. Always a great job.

Its simple: dont go here for a haircut. I spent 5 minutes in the chair before being rushed out the door.Alicia skipped much of the fine-tuning involved in the haircut (no trimming around the ears, no cleaning up of the back of the neck, etc.) in order to rush on to the next customer in line. I had to fine-tune the haircut myself when I got back to my apartment!Go to The Barber Studio instead: great haircuts, great prices, and great, happy employees.(Note: Some SuperCuts are fantastic places to get a haircut, but I mistakenly believed that the haircut quality I had grown accustomed to back home would carry over to this chain location)

Came here 3 weeks ago and the girl messed my hair all up. She cut my fade wayyyy too short. So she had to cut the rest of it short to make it work.Then, came in today to get my neck trimmed because I dont trust them to touch anything else. Im not even talking about like a full neck trim or fading it into my regular hair Im talking about she spent one minute with a pair of Clippers trimming my neckline .They charged me 13.95 for that???? They do it for free right across the street at SPORTS CLIPS. DO NOT GO HERE EVEN IF YOU ARE DYING.

I showed the lady I wanted a slick back hairstyle and she cut my hair into the flip. I showed her again and then she finally gave me a slick back look but my hair was being stubborn and I asked the lady, Can you fix it? She told me You have to fix it the way you want it. And charged me $15 for the haircut. She was so rude and didnt pay attention to my hair while she was cutting it

There was a mishap with my hair yesterday but I went back today and Katie fixed it and made my visit enjoyable this time. From today on she will be my top choice when Im getting my hair done.

Not that good of a haircut. Needed one quick for an event, got home and went to my regular barber and right off he saw it was a bad cut.

I asked mudder flipping Stephanie to give me that Squillium Fancyson haircut and she said say no more fam. But I ended up looking like a ugly Indian boy with 0 self swag money. Never going here again.
