We used Hattiesburg Self Storage for our daughter while she was in between colleges for one year. The facility was safe, clean, affordable and the location cant be beat. Thats not the best part. The Customer Service was excellent because the owner answers the phone. Thats awesome.

I highly recommend these storage units. It is very secure and I felt comfortable leaving my stuff here while I left town for several months. The customer service was amazing, extremely helpful, patient and really cheerful! I had no problems with them at all.

Kinda expensive, but they are curious and accommodating

This is an Awesome Storage Facility. The owner Russ Cares about his Clients and makes himself available. Being able to actually speak with an owner is a big plus for me. I hate Feeling like I am just another account in any situation, Yet alone one where someone has my valuables. Thank you Russ, I feel Comfortable and secure with your Facility. I would recommend to anyone looking for a secure friendly Storage unit.

Wouldnt store my Valuable any where else in Hattiesburg. The Owner Russ is Hands on and provide Excellent Service and a Clean Facility. The Fork lift Service Was Courteous and Careful with my Belongings.

Russ is great! My wife and I had a broken trailer hitch as we were passing through town. We called around and got all the local rates but nobody answered at this facility. Russ called me back and was willing to get competitive with his rate. He was helpful throughout the process and was a delightful to do business with. Thanks again for helping us in our time of need.

Hattiesberg self storage has the best security compared to all other storage facilitys I looked at.I work late so it is great that I can access my unit 24hrs a day.Scott F
