Horrible customer service in Hattiesburg! I called the service manager last week about warranting a part for my mower. He says they can warranty it and he will order the part to be in by the end of the week. I go by today and not only was the part not ordered, he says “he didn’t remember the conversation, I must have talked to someone else”, even though I called and asked for him BY NAME, we had TWO separate conversations including one where HE CALLED ME back, I gave him the serial number of my mower, AND even looked the part number for him!! Never again.

Tractors and more tractors! A well staffed service department and down to earth nice people. Tons of tractors and implements to choose from.

Find it disappointing when my father goes in to get a price on an accessory for a recently purchased tractor (I wasnt aware of the reason for the stop until we we inside) and I find the part number on my phone in minutes while my dad is being told it will take as long as a week for them to call him back. Then they wouldnt give their price till I revealed the price I found on line. Reminds me of a used car dealer.

Very good parts store for john deere ah bit pricey could reduce parts.

Salespeople were very knowledgeable

They sold us the part but they put the wrong nut on it. We had to go to a machine shop to correct the problem. I told the clerk I thought it was the wrong nut but he assured me that it was the right one. If I had not brought the old part he would have given us the wrong part to start with.

Excellent service and best price in town. Will not shop anywhere else.
