My hairdresser understood what I wanted and was extremely helpful in her suggestions. Although, I know the developing of color takes time, she was focus and fast. I have an extremely orange undertones but my hair is dark brown, for the results to be what I want, the color have to be cool or neutral. She understood right away what I explained to her. Im very satisfied with my color and hair cut. Prices are very good and clear. No surprises at check out.
